  1. Hi Chris.....well, here's what I worked on this week, it's the in-line spin on Fram fuel filter. There were a lot of little steps to go thru to make this itty bitty one. It's actually prep for the this weeks project, the Holley fuel regulator..... here's the pics. cheers, tim
  2. Spectacular Charlie. I'm more than impressed to say the least. cheers, tim
  3. Showing off with 2 brass frames in one pic........sheesh. Cheers, Ian
  4. Good morning too Francis, I just checked and it seems there is a cold front headed your way and the forecast is for 2 more weeks of snow and sleet. I'll expect your post with pics by weeks end. lol......tim
  5. Brian & Jerry, thanks fellas, hope you like the rest that I'm working on! Francois, not a "perfectionist" per se but I do try to stretch myself....lately I find myself each time walking away from the bench muttering on the days progress with the thought that "well, it didn't come with instructions" or "I've never done that before" to help keep things in perspective. cheers, tim
  6. Exquisite Francois. cheers, tim
  7. Thanks Steve.......well, nothing like "re-work"...which I truly despise because it means I've made a mistake. So this past week and after taking almost 100 pics of the Hardy chassis at the 3DogGarage I determined my radiator was simply wrong. 2mm too wide and also 1mm too tall. So in the acetone it went, shaved and pared everything down, repainted & re-assembled. I did add the overflow tube to call it truly well and done. cheers, tim
  8. Hi Francis, You have no idea how happy I am that I stocked up years ago on T2m, r.b. Motion and others when I did. They’re scarce or non-existent now. Still have enough inventory to finish this build properly though. Cheers, Tim.
  9. very brief update.....tank is done but for the brackets to hold it. cheers, tim
  10. Thank you Steve. cheers, tim
  11. That is just too kool for skool Bob. As soon as I saw your first pic I chuckled out loud it was that good. cheers, tim
  12. You absolutely made the most of that $10. Bob, what a great a job you did on this. cheers, tim
  13. LIN, I'm always amazed at what military modellers can do......your paint and weathering skills really are fantastic and really do justice to the build you completed. Just a fantastic job all the way around. cheers, tim
  14. Thanks Ian for the pics and explanation. I never would have figured that one out on my own but you've got this method down pat. well done! cheers, tim
  15. Welcome Steve and as the others have mentioned, you're off to a good start and look forward to your future posts. cheers, tim
