  1. Love the color, the decals looks real good with the green. Great looking model, although looks like the rear left tire has come off its rim! Great job, hopefully Revell with re-release this baby again sometime.
  2. This is the Revell Peterbilt 359 snap kit, or at least my version of it. A great kit to build, especially for someone that hasn't even had time to sit down at the bench for a couple of years (me). Anyway, there are a few changes from stock including the decals on the doors (from the AMT California Hauler kit). I ditched the Revell supplied wheels and tires, replacing them with ones from Moebius. The headlights were donated to the cause from the AMT TeeVee Dune Buggy. I added BMF, stripped much of the chrome replacing it with Testors Metallic Red to match the body and gave the engine some detailing with different gauge wires. Overall, I am quite happy with how it turned out, hope you fellas like it. Cheers.
  3. This guy has some... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Revell-Monogram-Auto-Transport-Trailer-model-kit-1-25-/361546898648?hash=item542ddfdcd8:g:H5MAAOSw8-tWZay9
  4. I didn't think the car carrier was still in production...you might find something on ebay?
  5. That's one serious machine!
  6. Nice haul. Are the Volvo and MAN curbside?
  7. Wow what a beast. Very well built, I love it!
  8. Great old rig, even greater you've been able to keep it around all these years.
  9. Anyone know what model this Peterbilt is, and whether it would have come from the factory as a 6x6 or is it an aftermarket custom? Either way, this thing is a beast...anyone know what kind of front axle it would most likely have? It might be an interesting one to try and replicate in plastic...and resin...a whole lot of resin I would guess.
  10. I like your white Suburban in the background too... What are you planning on doing with the S10? Restoring back to original or hot rodding it?
  11. Awesome guys, thanks for the info!
  12. I have a 75% completed VW bus on my bench right now. It's a really good kit, you should not be disappointed.
  13. In order to lengthen a truck chassis or help reinforce one what strip/ channel size styrene do you guys use? I am looking at the evergreen branded styrene, but there is so many to chose from (online) and I am unsure what size would be best. Thanks for your help.
  14. Very nice, clean build. Great colors, well built.
  15. What he said...beautiful build!
  16. Nice score Doug with that 91 Dually. I didn't even realize those were out yet! Tim, great haul and those Land Rover kits ...just wow...I'm not jealous at all!
  17. Just picked this one up yesterday at a flea market. Never seen one of these before so I had to snag it. The box is frigging massive and has never been opened. Has a date on the box of 1988. I thought it was a pretty neat addition to my truck collection
  18. Thanks for the info guys. Very informative and much appreciated.
  19. Awesome conversion, never seen a truck done in this color before. That is very well built!
  20. Excellent build, looks amazing with what you did removing the sleeper cab!
