  11. Amazing work Dave, that carbon work looks perfect.
  12. Speachless Bill, Excellent work. Where can i put my order in for a 1/12th big block? lol
  13. Thx. Guys your to kind. Well it rained all day today so i decided to knock out the ISP head pads. I used some thin styrene to make the backs and some 1/8" craft foam ( Thx. Clay) made the brackets out of styrene also and used brass hardware, I left the brass natural for some color contrast and added slixx decals.
  14. Nice build Ray, i like it.
  15. Looking good Tyrone, What color alclad is that?
  16. Nice build Cranky, Beautiful paint.
  17. Nice work on the headers Tyrone, After doing my chute stuff in 1/16th i have a new found respect for the detail you guys do in 1/25th.
  18. Thx. Guys, Very happy with the intake so far. Had some time today so i knocked out the chute handle and lines, Scratch built the handle and used RB motion hardware,Took me 5 hours just to do this. my brackets were not 100% where i wanted them but it worked out, There is no way in heck i could do this in 1/25th with the size the hardware would have to be. Might start installing the pedals tommarrow, not sure if i have enough hardware, may also start on the ISP pads for the cage.
  19. Any updates Bill? I'm patiently waiting
  20. Thx. Guys, Well i wasn't happy with the flimsy styrene lower intake, So it was time to bust out the brass and do some soldering. The more i solder brass the more i like it. The lower turned out good and i'm much happier now. Next will be trying to figure out how to do injectors and rails, i wanna run dual rails and i think i can fit them. The injectors will probably be just some different size round rod, It's getting pretty tight in there to make them look accurate. Hope to tackle that tommarrow evening. I started with some flat stock, 2 smaller pieces for the sides and 1 for the lower. Then drilled some 5/32nd holes. All soldered together. The 5/32nd tube added and soldered in. What it will look like when together.
  21. I changed the shape of the intake and built the throttle body with linkage arm, Once painted it will get bolt heads. Next is the fuel rails and cold side of the turbo piping.
  22. Dave, Can you Pm me a link to that write up? I had some time to spare today so i started on my new intake, the lower half and runners are styrene the bottom of the intake is aluminum and the upper half is renshape, I need to try and get some more of the renshape. First time i worked with it and it's great stuff, Hope to try and get the throttle body built tommarrow. The throttle body will be at the back of the engine. Still need to try and put the front end on and hope the intake clears lol. I think this intake looks more in proportion to the engine than the original.
  23. Wow, Great stuff. now we just need a big block, that i can get done in 1/12th lol
