  1. That looks sick without any paint Chris, You are doing an amazing job.
  2. Here's mine on my promod Shocks by micro nitro. Rear housing and brackets on the housing by Flashpoint Resins. The rest is scratch built.
  3. Nice start Greg, I definitely have to get one of those engines for my next build, They look extremely good.
  4. That thing is wicked, Where did the tires come from?
  5. Simply amazing as usual Clay, makes me wanna throw mine in the trash lol. I'm definitely learning a better building process. I also have a question Your doing the removable body where the tree will be fastened to the rear of the body, Will you to final install like this also just like the real one? If so how will you get the pin into hold it with the tubs and other stuff there? Just curious , Maybe i'm not grasping it from the pictures.
  6. Looks great Tyrone, You sure you haven't built one before lol.
  7. Bummer on the frame Greg, i know i tore lots of my car apart a couple times also and it still isn't 100% where i would like it to be. But my car is a learning experience and i will make my next one better, I know i had to take a break for a while as to not get burned out on it. Did you consider TDR to do the wheels and tires possibly?, Can't wait to see what you do with the 1/16th.
  8. Messed around with the rear wheels a little tonight, I decided to do anodized red bead rings to be a little different as black and gold seem to be the norm. I used model masters Acryl clear red on the ring then hit with some model masters dull coat to give it that flat ano look and finished it of with RB motion bolt heads. All that's left to do is put on the valve stems and once the tire decals show up i can finish the tires and i will finally have one completed piece. The picture was taken with my Iphone, they look much better in person.
  9. Thx. Jim, I copied the 1:1 lol. That's what this hobby is about getting ideas from other people and using them.
  10. Your a building machine Ken, Please do post the other build's i like seeing them and learn alot off of them.
  11. Nice start on the frame Tyrone, I notice the 1/25 body differs some from the 1/16. I think the scoop in the hood looks better.
  12. Looks great Bart, 1 question. What will you hook your Anti-roll bar to? or are you making a separate mount on the rear?
  13. Sick work as usual Dave. Very cool to see the process.
  14. Thx. Guys, Couple pictures of the bar mounted with the body on.I also turned down a wheel out of delrin on the lathe. Wanna try to get the bar painted and finished tommarrow.
  15. Looks Great Bart, Mine isn't as exact as yours. i tried using those little tabs and couldn't do it, hands to shaky to get them on. Your definitely nailing the realism, Hope to conquer that on my next build.
