  1. Very neat build, I like the hood.
  2. Nice work Bart, your becoming a styrene master.
  3. Looking good Rom, Good to see the motor came out in one piece.
  4. Looking good as usual Tyrone, That is the medical tape on the seat correct?
  5. Thx. Tyrone, I went back to the bench last night and fixed the A-pilliar issue, All i needed to do was add a small piece of styrene in the body under the rear support i made and that fixed it.
  6. Thx. Fellas, One thing i have to figure out. Since cutting the body apart there is some flex between the rocker and the rear of the body inturn pulling up on the A-pilliars and front of roof and not letting them sit all the way down where they need to. I either need to do more bracing in the back of the chassis or maybe pin the A-pilliars to the A-pilliar bars so they stay down where they need to be.
  7. Wing looks great Dom.
  8. Frontend and doors are off, It worked out great and everything lines up and gaps look good. now i will start thining the doors and building the panels and mounts.
  9. Wow, excellent styrene skills. this is an amazing build.
  10. Thx. Guys, appreciate the ideas. Will see what happens.
  11. Nice work Dave, Handles turned out really good. There really gonna throw the chutes right? hehe
  12. Tyrone your a building machine, Maybe some turbos or a supercharger on this one??
  13. Those are acctually Procharger superchargers. Great build, I like it.
  14. Thx guys, Ok got the frontend mount and supports done, the 2 brass pins slide into the front of the chassis. Turned out pretty good i think, The frontend of this body isn't 100% square so it was hard to get it perfect. Tommarrow i start cutting the doors and frontend off . wish me luck lol.
  15. Ok lol, But i think i know the answer.
  16. Maybe i will give him a call, be nice if he had online ordering lol.
  17. Is Bob still going with the pace booth? Isent an email to him and never received a reply.
  18. Rom, I don't think a picture would actually show up good for you to see what mean. Dave that sounds like a good idea, I wonder if it will guide the blade straight to get the lines started?, that's why I was thinking of bolting the styrene on , figured it would make a good guide. Hoping not to mess up the lines.
  19. Started on the frontend mounts, will have pictures tommarrow night when it is finished. Over the weekend i plan on cuttingt he body up, But i noticed a problem with the body. The tops of the door lines were the windows are is evenly spaced on both sides, The problem is the lines running down to the rockers are crooked and not even in size. I was thinking i can cut out a piece of styrene to the upper demensions to use as a guide for cutting out the doors then secure it to the doors using some 00-90 bolts to make sure it doesn't move, anybody else have any ideas or insight on this?
  20. Headers turned out great Derrick, Is that acalad chrome? Also not sure if i asked before where did the front rotors come from? a 1/18?
  21. Thx. Guys, Dave i think i'm going to mount them down behind the rear wheels.
  22. Nice progress Dave, Chutes look great. Did you build the tank out of styrene?
  23. Tires should turn out good, the test piece looks great.
