  1. A little more, air boxes and fuel injection lines and pump
  2. 917/30 1600 hp monster on the left” it’s not finished” and the 935 800 hp engine “ not finished either” on the right.
  3. Working on a 935 turbo motor. It’s going very slow.
  4. This was Dino Martins , the son of Dean Martin. He had this car converted to a street car. I saw this car in LA on the sunset strip when I was a kid. My cousin and I were riding our bikes and were all over this car. It was parked on the sunset strip and Dino Martin came out and said to be careful around the car. We had ice creams and just sat by the car. It was fly yellow. The best yellow paint job I have ever seen. A few months later the car was in motor trend magazine. This was one of the pictures out of the magazine.
  5. Beautiful sir! Mean looking 935!!!!
  6. Well did a mock-up of what the stance might be like. Mojo is comming back. Getting interested in the Porsche again. Boy took awhile to shake the hum drums. I’m going to try to get it close on the gulf colors. The roll cage and tubing I am going to paint orange, this is going to be a lot of work. I believe it will look good on the blue.
  7. Ferrari P3-4. The girl is pretty nice also
  8. Hello Bill, send me a PM and I will give you Marks e-mail address. I talked to him about the ford GT parts hang up. We talked and he is willing to e- mail you personally. This way you will have a direct connection to DeAgostini. He has connections all over the world. And many big scale connections. Agora being one of them. I saw a 1/8 Ferrari GTO. From some company in Italy, one of his many connections around the world. You guys will get along great.
  9. Going to skip to the fuel system. Thanks for the heads up. After the air boxes and all the rest of the stuff, it will be a real pain to do the fuel injection system.
  10. Thank you Chris. Worked on it a little today. Wiring , alternator and pulleys. Thought I could finish the engine today. HA! No way on a mfh kit.
  11. Thank you Chris. Starting to wire the engine.
  12. Hello Bill!!! Hope your thanksgiving was great. Me too with the holidays and such. Mark is giving me pack 46 thru 86. There was so much time in between packs I kind of put it on the back burner. We will get them , like everything else, materials are slower and harder to come by. Cannot wait for your cobra to be posted! Mark has a aftermarket company making detail sets for the ford GT. And boy are they expensive! If you are interested I can get the info for you. These big kits are really cool but I need to build a custom cabinet for them.
  13. Well I’m going to receive steps 46 to 84. Tomorrow.will keep you guys posted.,
  14. Looking great !!!! As you know , Mark and I had lunch yesterday. Seems I’m going to be back on the ford GT. And Liam is going to send me a 1/8 427 cobra, thanks to Mark. So I might have to bench the Porsche for a bit. But I’m going to get as much as I can built. Mojo back!
  15. Well Chris. Mocking up the engine. Painted the air boxes. Added a little zest to the engine compartment. Still way behind though.
  16. A mock up of the engine. This thing has 6 turbos! Over 800 hp. Weathered the trans a little. Spending a little extra time on this build. Painted the air boxes. Going gulf colors. Or close to it. This was never a gulf car. I’m building it as a “what if” car soooo I can do anything on the car for color.
  17. I’m still on the engine. Complicated little 6 . Is there really 6 turbos on this thing? 2 big and 4 small? Crazy
  18. Thank you Chris. A little mojo came back. Mark is feeling really guilty for not starting his. On his behalf, he’s been really busy. Yours looks fantastic!
  19. Well started on the 935. Trying to get my mojo back. Did not paint the body yet. I have fitted the body and the parts that open and close..need to prime and paint. Need my full mojo on that. So I started on the engine. Comming along great. This is it so far….
