  1. dont know if anyone elis does this but - take a pice of 3600-4000 grit 1in by 2or 3 in long and wrap a bit - tape it or supper glue it so it stays on bit and use it in your dremal (like a flaper for porting heads) to remove mold lines or the dips in trunks from pro mo screw pins works good for me (ive ported a lot of heads though so i have good exp) just rember to keep it moving or youll make a dip (or remove too much too fast in one spot) it might work better at slow speeds till you get use to it - but i run it wide open - ive also cut lil slits in the open end to make lil finger things (sorta like an automatic car wash brush that beats the dirt off your car)and go over the whole car to start the polishing prosess.happy modling mike

  19. well so far it took off a little more ? but what i have noticed is it got under the glue ????and some how made it hard??dont know how to describ it i was pokin around with a tooth pic and where parts were glued in it started chipin out?thought i would have to sand this stuff out but it just started popin loose?to check this i sank just the back of interior in the stuff and noticed (where the battery was glued in) that white spots started showing up in the glue (looked like frozen air bubbles in ice puddles ?) and when poked with a pin it would shater like glass and pop out? crazzy? the plastic is still damaged by the glue but it looks a lot easyer to fix - insted of grinding it out now its little pits and chanels to fill in ? at lest i thinks this is better lol.thanks for info ill up date on paint problem but if nothing elis discovered a way (i think)to debond testers glue ?im gonna lay down blobs of glue on pices and test this more.
