dont really know about rubbing compound only use it in corners(like in the edge of trim on body or hard 2 get spots but im getting toothpick things with various grits 4 finger nails from my sisters girlfreind who does nails 4 a living)i use micro polish cloths start with 3600 and go 1 by 1 till 12000 then micro polish wax.

if thers 1 ill bet jimmy flynstone makes it he he ha ha.

theirs a site? www.straightlinemodeler.org it works good 4 straight axle & springs and somewere in tips tutar is axle & spring for 4x4 their both good in different ways on springs.im still trying to get 1 right ha ha!some day.but snap tight 4x4`s will give good springs and scrap plastic 4 strait axle in picture`s dirt cheep:) and those are bad man parts or mono`s 55 in black it also has this front but no cool rims & ladder bar?like said any gasser kit but none are as good as home built.another sorce that looks pretty good and cheep is linberg`s little red wagon but agin no ladder bars.

ok!hear`s my start 57 fairlane 2 represent late 60`s show car circit gasser.the mouth from 58 chev,inteiror from 62 pontiac custom,front suspesion from mustang gasser,rims from 66 merc,engin boss 429 from 73 couger,trans from t-bolt,dont have paint skeem yet but im thinking shades of purple 4 interor & dark purple 4 lower 1/2 of body,upper 1/2?maby yellow?white roof????oh well!long way off this is my start though well c were it goes mike.

just seen this or ied put my anderson pontiac hear.just great 4 me as all i do is old drag cars & gasser`s no time limit help`s also as some times specific parts take time(like the grand prix grill 4 the anderson pontiac?)count me in 4 jenkins red & white 66 nova,archway ford`s flyin`flivver t-bolt.and if they dont have to be real cars put me up 4 a copple gasser`s 55-57 chevy truck & 57 fairlane.thanks mike

yes due 2 nascar`s ban on hemi`s.Jr refers 2 the smaller car $ engin they were working on 404ci.this kellog crank engin would give him many victory`s in the 66-67 sesons of nascar including sears point in 67 were due 2 rules hemi`s could only have single 4 barrol and his extra small hemi`s gass millage put him 5 laps in front of 2nd place.67 was his best seson ever would have 2 look it up but i belive he won every race that year if the car didnt have mechanical problems mostly trans & brakes.
