That is totally cool!!! This is the style I remember when I first started going to the Drags. Also inspired me to make my first car a '55. I love it!!!
Very nice work! I wish you were in my club,we could all learn a lot from you. All are in the period I like to build. Some very nice photography too! I always love the '32 at the bottom of every post also. Happy New Year
You win!!!! For the most complete builds I have seen this year and they all look like quality builds. Nice work and have a happy 2014 with many more fun builds.
This has been a busy year for you indeed. I hope you don't give up on models for the big car though. You were on a roll. Nice work on a great collection.
Your model is stunning and I remember seeing it when you posted it earlier this year. To take an old AMT kit and have it come out this nice is quite an accomplishment. I can finish more models because I am retired and not as detail oriented when finishing mine. You have a show winner and mine will just sit on the shelf and collect dust. Does that help? Your car is beautiful, thanks for giving us another look. Happy New Year
I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful comments and wish you all the best in 2014. I hope you all enjoyed looking at mine as much as I enjoyed looking at yours. I will be putting the final touch on my first build of the new year at the stroke of midnight, the license plate with the numbers 2014. Thank you all!
Great topic, I love what everyone is saying here so far. In full scale who would have thought so many old cars would be reproduced in medal and fiberglass? It just goes to show the popularity of old cars today, and I think it bleeds over into our hobby with reissues and new kits of old cars. Also some new cars and exotics. I just hope the manufactures keep listening.
The fun part is when they are in this stage, once they are done for me, they are put on the shelf and all but, forgotten about. You have some nice builds going there. You have a really good head start for 2014. Happy New Year
This is some very nice work Paul. Your skills are at a very high level already. I love the weathered boards and rust. I can't hink of anything to say to help but, to encourage you to keep going. Happy 2014
I think you got it right Tulio. I like the overspray effect on the chassis... The engine bay almost looks too nice. That kid must have spent a lot of time under the hood. I always love your work.
