I have to agree with this, and to be completely honest, I never notice probably due to the lack of just not paying attention any religious items in the stores. But I just dont care to be honest, I am there to buy products.

You would be better off buying it direct from Japan, the amount money you will save would be close to the price of the kit , and thats if your LHS does get it.

Aoshima Pre Painted body kit

Paul, Aoshima did two box arts , one is for the Japan market, and the other is for export , it sounds like you got the Japan market box art, as this one I believe is the export box art Aoshima does this on purpose, the Lamborghini Murcielago Superveloce and the Mclaren Longtail GTR both had duel box arts, the reason being is Aoshima wants to give something different to the export market, sort of like a reason to buy, and they also include extras that the JDM market kits dont get, like the export Lambo Murcielago kit (white car box art) had the lager SV decals, where as the JDM kit did not get those same decals. The Longtail Mclaren kit also had some extra decals and I think some other parts the JDM market kit did not get, that box art had the orange car box art.

Well, with Round2 owning the Lindberg tooling, so pretty sure its not from the Lindberg tooling, its probably based off of Motor Max's version

Because you can do the same with the Lindbergs Ford Crown Vic Police Car kit, I understand what its for, but they could of done the same thing with the new Ford Interceptor , and maybe got more sales.

Very disappointed with the "Ford Police Car" kit, I was hoping for something from this decade.

I am not sure , it depends, but probably three/four , five if I build the last of my 86 stash , that is a neat idea.
