Thats a cool idea -
There is a demand for new NASCAR kits, how much, I dont know, but enough that Revell considered it, and for the time being, isnt going to , sighting cost reason's, and with the direction Revell seems to be going in, I am not surprised , but lets look at this, Mike @ Mikes Decals is producing a Chevy SS resin body, he started selling them I think at the end of last year, and for the first few months , he could not keep them instock, this a $37 body that people were eating up. The sales were so good that he did a Nationwide Camaro body. Agreed Rob, I am not a Ford person outside of a few vehicles, and would buy a few cases of a Chevy SS kit, but , I will buy a few Ford kits just for nothing else to support the efforts and hope that might bring us a SS.

Who I have as well, and silly me, I think the Digital OTA antenna was thrown out.

Right now, lets keep this as just a rumor, but its being talked about over at the NASCAR forum that Round 2 is in the stages of doing a current NASCAR kit, the following info has been posted. That most of the engineering is done. Contracts have been put out . No release date, but speculating late spring/early fall Sounds like it be more detailed than the last NASCAR kits, with new engine, seat, dash, Body, tweaked chassis. Sounds like Ford is going to be the only one at the moment The Famous #43 Dave Van is credited with this info R2 currently has a blanket license with/for Richard Petty. With I-Hobby fast approaching, maybe we might hear something more official, fingers crossed.

2013 Dodge Dart !

But it does not look like it did in 63-67, so its not Dart -
I often wonder that too, including Revell, what is their long term plan, or they going to close up shop after their current customer base is gone.

2014 Nissan R35 GTR Update info 4/13/15
martinfan5 replied to martinfan5's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
It should be noted which I forgot to do, that all the lighter colored parts in the pics are stuff that is being changed for the 2014 version, well, the headlight bezels which are darker colored are also new for this kit. -
We have seen a total of two new tooled full detail glue kits for Q3/4, I am not counting the Revell Of Germany reboxed kits as new tooled, all the other new tooled kits all are snap kits, or toys pretending to be kits. But none of them are full detailed glue kits. Revell needs to decided what they want to be, a model kit company, or a unassembled toy company.

Second page, not that hard to find http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=93040 You can also go into your profile and find all your content that you have posted, makes it easy to find it that way as well, you can search by replies you have made , or topics/threads you have started, pretty neat huh? Whats circled in RED is what you need to click on

I think this sums things up rather nicely "Adult modelers want accurate kits. Kid modelers & those who only see rainbows and ponies want easy to assemble and possibly accurate toys." Credit The Wheelman

Just one person in every five years? Oh wait, it can be a lot of work and time consuming.
