Hugger Orange is in fact one of the colors they used on the show, that and Flame Red Disclaimer I am not trying to build the most accurate General Lee ever, or replicate a certain version of the General, I just happened to have the most of Hugger Orange on hand, which turned out to be good thing, as I had to strip it the body and start over

Thank you Carl I should mention the paint I used Bandits T/A, Model Master Lacquer line, decanted, with two coats of Wet Look Clear General Lee, Model Master Lacquer line, Hugger Orange over grey primer, decanted, two coats Wet Look Clear, wet sanded and polished

Collecting vs building, yeah, I dont get it either, its just a box full of pieces, and the modeler with the biggest stash at the end wins I guess

Bandit all shinnied up wheels done , gold base then went over the raised parts with a silver sharpie, also did a tire swap Working on getting the roll bar fitted Bit of a mock and start of the gold strip decals And that where I am at right now

My second car I owned was 84 Cutlass, If I remember correctly, it was a light blue with a white landau top, fake wire wheel hubcaps, for the short time I owned it, I did like it, I liked it a heck of a lot better then what I traded it in on. But the one thing I do remember is that it had no real power, spinning the tires, yeah, that was not something it was good at.

People hate change, people are afraid of new technology , I think part of the reason is this, and this isnt a slam to anyone, but with 3D printing, its not something that everyone may have knowledge on how to do it, it not like say resin casting, which is something anyone can do for the most part, if you want to do your own stuff with 3D printing, there is going to be a very steep learning curve for many. I am sure that software will come along that will make it more user friendly, but I feel that could one reason why

I looked it up, production of the Toyota 86's started in January of 2012, Tamiya released its kit in May of 2013

It wont take all that much for either Round2 or Revell really, seeing how they both have Challenger tooling.

The European Classic version is so much cheaper though , and easier to find

Fact, Tamiya released their version of the Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ kit before or right as the real car went on sale, so if Revell/Round2 wanted too, and Fiat wanted to work with whomever, they could in fact release a Hellcat model before it goes into production or on sale , or at that the same time. Tamiya worked with Toyota/Subaru to get the kit on the market at the same time as the 1:1 car went on sale to the public, it can be done, it just takes two willing parties
