  2. Looks good, what paint did you use?
  3. One of my last kits I bought off of ebay did the out of the way trip, I live in Phoenix, and my package arrived in Phoenix, then it was sent to Tucson, which is about 150 miles south of Phoenix, then it was sent back to Phoenix

    R35

Here is another R35 , this is the Tamiya version, painted with Tamiya TS-19, cleared with Testor wet look lacquer
  8. Cant go wrong with that, well,.........oh, better not say it
  9. Did not know that, thanks I agree, it would be nice to have the more P/U trucks , I would love to see that Nissan Hardbody and Toyota P/U kit done in 1/25th or 1/24th scale I remember I getting the Camaro CHP kit and I think the S10 too
  10. Now thats funny, that should tell what the car builders feel about 1/20th scale I build both 24/25 scale, and dont care, my only issue with 1/20th scale is using 24/25 scale parts for the parts box dont really work that well on 1/20th scale lol, I did build the Nissan Hard Body kit, and it was a really nice kit, to bad I was kid and didnt know how to build models back then lol Whats your reason for liking F1 in 1/20th scale ? And that would be that 1% out there that would buy them , but thats not apart of the the target buyers though, but still a good point
  11. I think there is 99% thats not going to happen, I think the 1/20th scale is the biggest reason , second, there is no demand for 1/20th, well if there is, its very small
  12. The only two Lindberg kits that I ever cared for were the Crown Vic/Charger PPV kits, other then , I really didnt spend much money on Lindberg kits, I did get a few of the Caravan kits, but I am happy that Round2 took over Lindberg, better then having another model company go out of business. So either the hobby is in good shape, or Round2 has saved a boat load of money by not spending money on new tooling
  13. Here is my current one, I found this while doing a image search on google last week and these are the other two that I switch back and fourth And the my lock screen has the TopGear logo, I cant change the background image on the windows tile side
  14. So a little update, did a second wet coat of clear , dont the pics fool you, its not as smooth as it looks and chassis is finished This kit comes with carbon fiber decals for the hood and roof, and I wont be using them :banghead: , we didnt get along when trying to apply them, here is the hood and still trying to get the rest off the hood
  15. Looking good so far
  16. I am going to have to get a bottle of that, I need to see if my LHS stocks it, but I dont think so, thanks for posting that
  17. To small, and it also doubles as the photo booth area, so of course when its photo time, I have to clear it, such a pain
  18. Yes G , that is a vehicle, very good In all seriousness, job well done, looks good Perhaps we might see this at Desert Scale this year ?
  19. nice, love the color
  20. It never fails, well for me anyways, when working on a kit that you have been waiting for, and excited about building, and it goes murphy strikes
  21. I got to get frustrated with a build today And got to file a claim against a seller on ebay, going on four weeks and no kit, but the BS keeps coming from the seller
  22. The frame is coming a long nice , I may have over looked this if you did mention it, where did the tires come from?
