Kurt, what local club are you a member of? I purchased that engraving tool , I think its a new item from Tamiya, and the thinnest blade, and I will be doing a full on product review of it when I get it over here from Japan , next week hopefully. I bought it for this very thing, to deepen panel lines without expending them outwards that a lot of the panel line engravers do, so I am hoping for the price it wont as bad.

Chimneyville failed to include them on the decal sheet, and I dont have any that are the correct size Research showed me that some didnt have them.

You need to use gloves with Super Clean, I dont think a mask is needed as long as you are in a very well ventilated area, you dont want prolong skin contact with it, one should always follow health and safety and wear gloves anytime you are dealing with chemicals.

For what they are, they are decent kits.

The only answer I have for you is it varies, in most cases it wont just come off, you need to help it via scrubbing.

Well almost but no, each make has their own designed nose/hood/tail panel/ and part of the sides, the roof and decklid( trunk) are all the same for each make.

Ok, the stuff Scott posted is the knock off brand, Super Clean is what use be called Castrol Super Clean , Super Clean is a lot stronger than the Purple Power stuff, the Purple Stuff does work, Super Clean works better, its worth the extra couple of dollars more.

That is all up to you, I have never used either, I would say give the purple stuff a try first, and a tip, the warmer it is, the better it works.

It works for me most of the time, this is the stuff you want to use
