  2. I was hoping to come across a 'Work Bench" on this Honda RC166.....It looks like you mixed the two colors for the engine?....Looks like you off to a good start.....and looking at this kit....Yes it seems it may just be a Challange.... Best of luck to you.....Will sure be following this one... Don...aka XJ6

  4. Hey great idea you have there.....looking at your pic's....second one down from the top (engine).....it appears your valve cover is on backwards...the slope side should face the Dist....Fuelpump.....starter side... Just a heads up........ I am now building two of the Mini's.....stock...and the rally at the same time . however the rally valve cover is different than the stock.. Cheers...Don

  6. I went into my stash....and found my kit of the Royal Pontiac '66 GTO "GeeTO TIGER"...Kit No.4167 released 1999...and the kits are not the same...My tires have the red lines.....(other has Decals).....speaking of decals.....the ones you have pictured are a lot different then the ones i have...mine have the Gold lettering with a black back ground (just around the lettering)...and also comes with Gold lettering with a white back ground.....to be applied on the side of the car....either painted Black (along the side...gold else where) for the Gold & Black decals.....or painted white for the Gold and white GeeTo Tiger decals...for which it has a template for the painting of the sides... Interesting how these kits can vary.... Could you post a pic of the Box Art..... Well Cheers....Don..

  16. I also have the same same kit, '32 Ford Roadster (blue box)...have had it for at least 5 months...Bought it Complete...All in Very Good Condition... I have yet to find this kit.. on eBay....Therefore i do believe it is a Obscure kit.... It is to my understanding this kit was offered thru a Mail Order.....By The Ford Motor Company at the time......Date ? Early '70's ? Correction....i have seen this kit on E-bay.....but not complete...just for parts.....and one was a fake...and she wanted a lot of $$$ for it.. I don't think there is many of these kits around........Perhaps some feed back on this forum could shed more light on this.. Well Cheers to all...Don
