  4. This is one of the finest cobra's in 1/25 i ever see. Just great !!!!
  5. No problem Ed, don't mention it. The Sunoco Lola is also a long time favorite of mine, one of the more spectacular Lola's ever raced.
  6. This is a complete different car than the Tamiya, the kit is an T70 mk3 The Sunoco from Penske driven by Donahue and Parsons is a T70 mk3b and is different in so many ways,to mention the hood and rear spoiler. But one of the nicest Lola's ever raced.
  7. The main problem with the kit is that, the car never raced in blue with the white stripes with a Chevy engine but with a Aston Martin engine. The car with the Chevy had the same white stripes but was red. For this car you need to make naca intakes in the side sponsons. There also exist decals to make the Hulme & Taylor car from the '68 Tourist Trophy from F1 Specialities, this car is white with green stripes, with naca's in the front hood, and also use the Chevy. The other problem with this Lola is that you find difficult detail photo's of these cars, plenty from the latter the T70 Mk3. The tires are Goodyear's or Firestone's. And takes some time out to Google the Lola. I hope this was a little useful for you
  8. It's a little bit usual that Tamiya make that mistake for that time the kit was released (the sixties). Taki Racing Team a Japanese team raced with a T70 and the shoes are Bridgestones. And it's not the only mistake they made with that kit !
  9. What a great conversion, the woodwork look so right. I love it, congratulations nice work.
  10. Great build, i love it. Nice paint job also.
  11. Still looks right after so many years, nice build.
  12. Very nice and clean build, i love it. And it looks like a Cobra now !!!
  13. Love your work, it's great !!!!!!!!!!!
  14. Very nice, hope to see the rest of the building progress.
  15. Great kit, i hope they bring also a more iconic AEC Regent bus (the one with the straight radiator from the swinging sixties in London) It's a good idea that they bring the upholstery for the seats in decal, thank you Revell.
  16. I love it, a very fine and clean build, hats off. And i am a fan of British cars of that era, and a little desperately looking for the "Wallace and Gromit anti-pesto van", try a few times on Ebay but with no result, always gone in the last few seconds.
  17. This is a fantastic nice build, love your paintjob.

  20. I like to ask you, are there people who have experience with decals from "Vintage Racing Miniatures" ? What is the quality and are they easy to work with. Cheers, Rudy
