Nice clean builds, and it shows! They came out REAL nice. I liked the kit myself, but quite a few of the guys were disapointed with it.

  6. Not sure about the pickup camper tops, but I am pretty sure that SELtd. has the snowplow in 25th scale. I THINK they may have the Pickup tool boxes also. Give 'em a holla,They got ALL kidsa stuff!

  12. Rick, nice ride. Is that the same lil chick that lost her arm a while back? looks like ya did a GREAT job of fixin her up!
  13. All 3 years are different enough to make trying to convert one to the other a TRUELY difficult task. If you change the fastback 68 into a convert, you'll hafta change EVERYTHING from the A-pillars back to the rear bumper! That's ALOT of work! I'd just stick with the EVIL bay till one comes up. They do come up every now an then.Or you could look in the E-Bay built section.
  14. I got a Tamiya 1/12th scale Lola T-70 Coupe that I've had for over 10 years, just "Grokking" material,as I DON'T have any instruction sheets! I've had 2 forum brothers send me some, but I don't have my printer hooked up to download them. Brendon, another Forum brother, is sending me a REAL set if instruction sheets, so, maybe, It'll change from a Grokking kit,to a wip kit!
  15. OOOHHHHH,Jeff,it'll be nice ta see that big boy come together! Do what you can Bro, they's hard to find hotrod parts in 1/8th scale!
  16. YEEESH Dude!, That thing gotta RUN? Have you seen the thread where the guy built a 1/16th Engine from scratch? I mean, he built the Block,Crank, heads, valvetrain, the WORKS! Since you've come THIS far, Just hook that bad boy to run on Petrol! GREAT JOB so far Stump, ya CAIN'T stop now!!!

  18. Actually got it Weds. But my Daughter hooked it up today. It's a Dell Insperon 518 Computer. It's got 4 GB's of memory max,and 512MB's minimum. Joy says I shouldn't need another one for quite a while! I still gotta learn what all it can do, but MAN!, is it FAST! I LOVE IT!!!
  19. Gotta admit Dave, then Eddie hubcaps sure do spiff it up awrite! It's comin out REAL nice! It'll look KILLER in that purl wite!
  20. All MPC slot car models that were popped from the annual kit molds were 25th scale. I had/have that same kit. The one I have now has the slot car stuff still with it. I did buy a Hasagawa 66 Bonneville, thinking it was the one you have, but the joke was on me!I FINALLY got an ubuilt one off the bay, but man, did I PAY for it. Oh well, I DID want it bad enough!
  21. Ya know Bill, I'm thinkin some very fine silk, like the more expensive stuff you'd get from a fabric store, the thread count would be MUCH finer, an maybe it could pass for canvas roofing.Just a suggestion.
  22. At our last club meeting, Jeff Ballard,(Motor City Resin Casters) And Rick Schwarts (Scale Dreams) both commented on how good the Smooth-On product worked. We had been disscusing it ourselves.I had an old Micro-Mark casting kit,it's about 8 years old, and I mentioned on how it had lil flakes floatin in it,They said it was too old.
  23. She's lookin good Lyle! Don't stop now Daddy-O ,Ya got me all worked up!
  24. AWRIGHT! Now Dr.Eviel, I'm back on step, ready ta give yer EVIL self a run fer yer EVIL! Next week will tell!
  25. OK Danner! Now THAT'S wat I'm talkin bout! Now we just gotta wait for the Harry man to confirm that!!!! Oh Yeah!
