  1. Thierri, This has to be one of the most beautiful trucks EVER made! I don't understand WHY they discontined it was so pretty! Can you tell us where we might be able to get one? I am SO jealous of you right now! Good luck with your build up and Welcome to the Forum!
  2. OOooooo pretty! Always thought that was a really nice sleeky design. 67/68 Big Fords had such nice lines! Put a big ol 427 in one an they were the mook!
  3. WOW! BEAUTIFUL model, no doubt!!!
  4. Bill, this is nice, period. That interior is pretty good too if ya ask me. I have this kit and haven't bothered with it because I'm too lazy to do the seat tapeing to get that nice 3 tone striping pattern!
  5. Glad you showed it over here too, Tulio! EVERYBODY should see how to build a 62 T-Bird!!! It came out GREAT!!!!
  6. It sure is! GREAT execution!!! Great idea too! I wouldn't mind havein this set up to go boatin!!!!
  7. Thas ok Steve, we still luvs ya!!!(Personally, I'd go with the RMR casting,It's better detailed)
  8. STILL looks GREAT!(An it's still in prime!)
  9. Oh there IS a DEFINATE difference betwix a Cleveland 302 and a Windsor 302, as NONE of the parts will interchange! Cleveland blocks are a TOTALLY different animal from Windsor blocks. One reason I've always preffered Chevy's.
  10. THANKS Bill! That was VERY nice! DEEPLY appericiated!
  11. Well hood or no hood, that stance is Down Daddy-O! It looks great in PRIME, it should kill in color!!!!!! VERY nice lookin so far!
  12. Ya know Scott, in all honesty, Palmer Plastics made some pretty nice little 32nd scale line of cars. This Ford is just one of many 32nd scale kits they made. All very nicely detailed as far as haveing nice accurate body lines an such. Too bad they never bothered to make their 25th scale cars anywhere near as nice!
  13. Aloooong time ago, R&D Unique used to do a 30/31 Ford pickup. They even has a complete chassis an suspension set up for it, in white metal. It was VERY well done, an it'll probably cost ya an arm anna leg IF you can find one!
  14. Looks good! Just put it onna Drag strip Dio an your good ta go!!!
  15. Nice trick! it opened up the holes as square! VERY nice little detail! Makes a world of difference! Nice job so far!
  16. After 60 years it's STILL in one peice??? That bakeolite stuff was brittle as heck. I remember the TV knobs on our old Admiral TV were made from that. My dad fix one of our broken knobs with industrial epoxy!(it's TOO messy to even TRY to use on a model! 9 year old sage advice!)
  17. Plowboy is right on that 429 Vette by Revell! I bought at least 5 of them(I LIKE 68 Vette's) and all of my boxes were marked like that! I told my buddy who owned the stand(it was at a flea market type place) wanted them back after he saw they were ALL marked like that, foo thought they'd be worth something sometime. Yeah, I told him, watever is priced on the box is what they'll pay, NOT collector's prices! He STILL has the rest of the case he sold me sittin on his shelves!!!!
  18. How tall is it completely? You'd think it'd be hard ta find a box big enough to ship it in! Looks great though! Missy's talents are VERY good!!!
  19. I remember when JoHan was the ONLY company who made Rambler/American Motors stuff! Still miss those guys! Your lil Rumbler looks GREAT!
  20. At LEAST 5 times with all different art.
  21. WOW! THAT is just TOO cool! You DO know you've made alotta Lo Rider guys happy, don't you? Heck, I ain't even a lo rider dude, but my models need as much blessin's as my real rides!!! GREAT little tute! Thanks!
  22. WOW!!!!! That is NICE!!! You did a GREAT job on this, it really does look like a Dealers catalog picture!
  23. GREAT color! it looks REAL nice! Those Mercs were some of Lincoln/Mercury's prettiest cars! Yours came out perfect!
  24. The REAL bite ,Harry is that not only have my MCM been comming in good shape recently, but NOW, my Hemmings Muscle Car magazines are comming beat up. Not TOTALLY ruined, but the front or back pages have been kinda ate up lately! I'm wonderin if that so called "Heavier Paper" thing has any truth to it!?!?
