  2. Mark, it's plastic. Not sue of scale on it but it was in a box with the rest of these M*A*S*H 4077 toy's.
  3. Well I'm sorry That I'm disabled and get $735.00 a month That money pay's for my half of the rent, electric, gas. Also I have gasoline cost, auto insurance, trash bill, renter's insurance, Plus getting food and second hand clothes if I can. If i am lucky I'll get at least one kit from hobby lobby with a 40% off . Not many Garage sales or other places even sell kit where I live. Nearest hobby shop's are 30+ miles from me as are the hobby Lobby stores. If I didn't have a roommate I would never beable to stay in this hobby. I'm also sorry I took 4 years of my life to take care of my late wife which was a 24/7/365 job with no time off or pay! Being that she first went blind and month after ended up with renal failure. with fighting with the renal center almost every visit she went from 170 Lbs to 107. That place had her so messed up she wouldn't eat hardly. Those were Four rough years Just glad she went peacefully when she passed. I tried to get a job after she had been gone a month, never could get any job though, In the Factories here you have to have a heck of a pull to get in. So My bad knees and high hip won out and I'm unable to go much work.
  4. X2, Those of us who are on a fixed income with near little to no extra money would like to have such things. Why couldn't you "donate" to guy's like us????
  5. Once again I'll ask: how much and how do we get one? Do you have a web site that you sell from?
  6. Yep, fairly easy to do on some cars. This was a revell 2 door post coupe.
  7. Got this last fall during the U.S.127 Garage sales, Not far from my mothers place in Mercer Co. Ohio. It was in a box along with a MASH jeep, Floor play mat, Some bits and pieces . Plus a Bag with, Potter, Klinger, Hot Lips,Bj, Hawkeye Winchester, and Farther Malcahy figures. Paid $30 for all in the box.
  8. Is this the info on the '63 Tempest your looking for?
  9. Funny, I have the Monogram issue of the RX-7. Bought it last fall at the Farm toy show here in Van Wert for $10.00 It was started the old silver paint job was wore so It got a new coat of silver, and finished the build.
  10. Thanks Kevin Little ( Bismark) for a smooth trade, Upstanding man to deal with.
  11. Another smooth trade with Vintagedragcrazy, Thanks Vince Nelson!
  12. Thank you toy Vince Nelson for trading his copy of the new car culture 57 Chevy ( painted silver) and a Coca Cola copy I got off ebay that was factory sealed. The Gremlins attacked while building the yellow one.
  13. This is a stalled project that Iv'e been working on. A gift from Vince Nelson, Who was also kind enough to be sending some hindge's for the tail gate to open and close.
  14. I had bought both of these 57 convertibles off ebay. The Turquoise one had the chassis and engine started, but nothing else. The red one had a busted windshield frame , and also not built or painted, I made the red one's front tires turn side to side.
  15. "How about a greasy pork sandwich served on a dirty ash tray" Nice panties...
  16. Actor Bill Paxton passed of compluctions after surgery . Most famous for movies such as Titanic, twister and even weird science.
  17. They visited me again while working on the AMT 57 Chevrolet (Coca-Cola Issue) I removed the driver side wiper from the tree just fine, Then the Gremlin's hit with a one -two punch as both the passenger side wiper broke then the radio antenna followed suit. I have built almost 20 of these 57 Chevrolet's (retooled) and only one other had the passenger wiper break on me. And of all of the ones I've built this is the first to have gotten glue on the windshield.
  18. Thanks, I thought the 70 would work for the 69, but wasn't sure about it, Ive seen some resin 68 impala bodies on ebay but the casting looks iffy.
  19. In trying to do a tribute collection to chevrolet 1950-80 what Impala kits could be kit bashed to make a '68 Impala? From what I seen 65 would come close on the front/hood so would the 66 work for the rest of the body? or a 67? Also want to do a '69 Chevrolet kit bash so what kit's would help on that?
  20. Oh those Gremlins of building a model, Either parts come up missing, glue gets on clear parts, paint ect. Those Darn critters got me on two different kit's recently, First a 67 Impala that all the clear parts in their plastic bag still goes awol. Then today glue out of nowhere ends up on a windshield, I used a glue tip and had no glue on any of my fingers. Alas though glue smudged on the passenger side on the inside of the windshield. Other Mishaps I've been hit with is parts falling and disappearing never to be found again or after the part has been replaced it shows back up. Anyone else have these Gremlins in their house????
  21. A '55 it is not. more like a '50 chevrolet.
  22. For the ones who watch AMC"s The Walking Dead's second episode of this eason (02/19/2017) got an Iconic treat. The Trailer that was used in the Original Smokey and the Bandit was used as a back drop in a sceen with Daryl and one of the men from the kingdom. I knew the trailer right away, My roommate wasn't sure untill the last question on the Talking Dead was about the Iconic Trailer.
  23. Found a Revell '89 Grand Prix . The box had been opened, But the bags had not been opened, I don't have many white cars in my collection, so I left it white. The Instructions say the engine is a 3.1, Which it is not it's the 2.8 instead. I painted the rims aluminum, and used a red marker for the red trim around the car.
  24. The first one I left white, So here are the second and third one together.
