I wish GM would have made this for real. The model is kitbashed from a 96 impala ss and the Alternomad. The body is the impala ss while the is from the alternomad kit. I cut the roof off of the SS along the top door seem's. I know it's not the best, But it was my first true atempt do do such a kit. Also my first time to do putty work. Funny I thought someone would bring up the "Brady bunch" about this long roof. Maybe you should make another to cast in resin, I think quite a few of us Station wagon lovers would like to have one. Be it a Ford,GM or Mopar there aren't enough wagon kit's out there. I myself took a Impala SS(1996) and kit bashed it with the alternomad kit to make a Impala SS wagon.

The 3rd Prostar+ that I built at Christmas time. Can be seen on my gallery on my profile page. ( I built two others at diffrent times months apart. the first one which is my main pic. The second is a light blue, and #3 Red and Silver.

I give up! I tried to post pictures several times in vain and get nothing. It would be easier if you could just post direct from your computer's picture 's......

Sad that this kit is so rare now and will never be reissued. It remains in my collection along with 4 Transtar II's 8 4300's ,1 4200(4270) 4 S-seies(F-2575 &2674's, 3 Paystar 5000's, 3 ProStar +, and 1 Lonestar. Not to mention a payhauler 350, and 6 scout II's, among the KW's, Peterbilt's,GMC/Chevrolet, a Freightliner, a White, And a dimond reo. I have a truck stop I guess.

How do I post pictures from my photo bucket account to this forum. I checked greg's Youtube video but the sound was so low it could not be herd. I had my volume at 100% so I just need a full discription of how to do this.

Looks to me it would be easy to change the 76 ventura into a 74. If I rembember mpc did a 75 ventura kit as well with the "shaker option" and GTO decal's , But they are rare to find on the market. I know that they made 75-77 ventura models and the 72/73

Chevrolet NOVA Pontiac VENTURA Buick APOLLO Oldsmobile OMEGA All based on the fore mentioned NOVA, GM also did this in the 80's with the celbearty,olds' ciera,buick centruy and pontiac 6000. Not to mention that it was also used in their full sized wagons as well, Caprice/Impala,Pontiac Catalina Grand safari,Oldsmobile and buick . And in the 90's full sized wagons from Chevy,Olds and buick. any of which could have any engine under the hood be it a chevy ect. Buick mostly used their own engines where as olds & pontiac would use chevy engines as well as their own.

No pictures yet , But I got a Chevy c-1500 (was to be USA-1 Monster truck). And the complete chassis from a cadillac escalade (which was 4 wheel drive. With that being said the chassis from the Cadillac has the same wheel base as the long bed so a stock c-1500 long bed 4X4 will be made.

Check resinrelm there's one posted on there that started out as the gasser model and tells you what you'll need to make it stock like he did.

Most likely you will either have to buy the 53/54 gasser which will have most of the strock parts with it or go with resin.
