  1. Black Chevy Promo extended cab long bed is the truck I used on the second snow plow , The scout was the first one to receive the plow. Seeing that I bought two of the 77 GMC's , neither one has the plow so I decided to do these two instead.
  2. Three postal workers arrested in Toledo ohio, A Cincinatti Postal worker caught on tape putting mail in a dumpster, Do a search on line because there is so many of these stories.
  3. I recently sent a package to a friend on the forum . The box when it left here didn't look like what he recived. The box looked like they played Football with it. Also this happened to a shipment that he sent to me. Then a year or so back I sent a trade out that never showed up to the person it was shipped to. LOST MAIL, DESTROYED, OR DAMAGED Mail is not First class. BTW he sent his priority and was delivered a week after it's due date. And the U.S. Postal service wonders why they are losing customers.
  4. It's done and on the under glass post that I have for 77 GMC 1 of 2 that I bought.
  5. Daniel, Yes indeed the grill and head lights can be changed on this kit First cut out the grill leaving the center bar intact. then cut out the head light openings and replace with square lenses. You do know that IH had 2 different grill's in 80? both have the center bar but one has small black openings while the other didn't. SEE PICTURE BELOW
  6. First and fore most I know the pictures aren't the best But until I get a real camera my old cell phone camera is what I use. It don't have many photo features so bare with me here. But for now here are the latest pictures. BTW the engine is a donor from a 66 Impala kit which I cut off part of the transmission and glued the end part of the 77's trans to it.
  7. Started with this kit. and built it to look like this, The radio antenna was made from the C.B. antenna. Bare metal foil was used on the insides of the tail lights. I also painted the rims white and shaved the back of the grill down to remove the back of the openings so they would be open
  8. It was the NEW kit.
  9. The kit I seen the Batman and robin figures are indeed already painted I almost bout one.
  10. If a stock hood of a 66 tempest were made it would have been a Tempest wagon ( as it shared the basic body of the chevelle wagons
  11. The front suspension didn't go right when it was built. And so I decided rather than scraping it for parts that the 60 impala would have been wrecked instead. did a search on wrecked 60 impala's found one that closely looked like the damage that would be done to this kit.
  12. Made from a 66 GTO and the 66 Chevelle Wagon kit
  13. Yes I bought a lot of them.
  14. Hood, rims and motor from a 66 El camino kit. painted with GM automotive paint.
  15. Rember when you drove your Dad's car then this happened? When it happened to me, the car I was driving My Dad's car was a 78 Caprice Classic 2dr. I'd just about got across the street when I was hit on the passenger rear Quarter panel . comments on the model and If you wrecked your dad's car are welcome
  16. I just seen one on the September 2, 2014. round 2 release date September 2014.
  17. Just starting this build. First thing to be done The grill. Before and after
  18. I just added this blade from the revel GMC pickup kit to a scoutII, If you look closer at the grill it's close to a 74/75 grill. something I did to it to change model year's as the scout body never changed from 71-80. BTW my Uncle worked at Harvester's Scout Factory in FT. Wayne Indiana.
  19. It's funny that no one mentioned that under the hood is two batteries, As far as I rember Gasoline engines only need one.
  20. Yep, it can be hard to change a race car but , It's easier to do to a early to mid 70's then 79 up. I plan on building a second one but paint the body this time. This first one is blue because I liked the shade of blue it was in.
