  10. in my honest opinion... i would say the top colour takes the effect away from the wicked planets airbrushing... i would say keep the bottom colour to break it up but i would of left the top as it was. but thats my opinion either way she looks sweet as mate
  11. hi mate the kit a (Aoshima 1:24 Nissan Silvia S13 '91 Late Model )... i remember the bloke saying he got it from "hiroboy.com" and they only do 2 s13 kits .

  18. just a small update i got all the doors off... and today my uncle gave me a box of some model kits that he tried to build up but went wrong... so i went for a rumage through and found a old "impala" interior... so i thought being as this kit has no door detail i would cut the impala one up and see if it looks ok .. and this is what i came up with still very rough but looks ok i think well thanks for looking in stu
  19. i got my vantasy today and my decals are the same as yours... its a shame because i liked the green ones
  20. hi there all... i got my "vantasy)" in the post this morning... so i had a good look through the parts and i must say this is one wicked kit... i have decided to open the doors, side door, back doors and the hood... i know alot of people say to try to recreate the "original" hinges but i am not that well experenced yet... so i will smooth off the original ones and just do the normal inside hinges ... the colour i have chosen foe it is a "dark blue (pearl) ". i hope you all enjoy the trip as much as i will heres the door and hood off thanks for looking in stu
  21. yeah sorry shoulda put that lol...but thats still cold enough for the paint to "bloom" and be dull
  22. i always use "rattle cans" and when i spray... before i go out to lay the coats on i use a hair dryer on low heat to slightly warm up the plastic ... then lay down the coat and bring it in and warm it up again with the hair dryer... i find doing it this way i am able to spray at -2 outside and still get a perfect shine . i am sure other people have there way of doing it but thats just my way that i find works for me lol this was done at -2 outside and as you can see the shine is really good . hope this helps you out thanks stu
  23. ok thats a cool amount of drop... i get how to drop the rear end but how would i do it to the front ???
  24. ok thanks for the info ... i got a chevy bellair and a chevelle ss kit layin about... do you think the front end of them would help ???
