  1. The Sedan Delivery I painted Tamiya Medium Blue Metalic with Dark Blue fenders and interior. The Coupe I painted Tamiya Purple with Yellow Engine and Yellow and Purple interior and believe or not it looks good. Welcome to my bad dreams. Al

  4. Thank you, It's a factory color for Chryler 1970, but I don't know if it was on the GTX. I just thought it was a great color for this car.
  5. 2 Muscle Cars, 2 Totally different looks. The Revell Torino was painted Tamiya Bright Yellow with black interior and the Monogram GTX was painted Model Car World Chrysler Metalic Maroon with Black interior. Which one do you like better? I'm a Ford guy. Al

  7. The is was an easy build. BMF over emblems and then Teal was applied and lightly sanded to bring out the BMF on the emblems only. The Detailer Black wash was use on the grill, wheel cover. The interior was paint with Tamiya's military light grey blue and clear coated to give that vinyl look. White wheels are out of the parts box. Al

  9. Your in my prayers. I suffered a major stroke back in July, lost 60% of left side use and can't talk well anymore, but no more tele-marketer calls because of my speech, also have Parkinson's and I mix paint like no other . I started building cars again in November. I keep building and kept my sense of humor. I will never be the same, but I really enjoy life and have a new appreciation for my health. Stay positive and you'll be around for a long time. Al

  12. This one is a Monogram GTX, painted Model Car World emerald green with a urethane top coat and an off white interior. It also has a photo etched grill and emblems.I like the look of this car. Al

  16. Here's pics of the restored interior of the MK and 928 and 1 taken last weekend of the MK. The NOS bottle in the 928 is located under the spare and switch is located on the drivers side floor board. Thank you for the nice comments on my 2 loves. A;

  19. Here are pictures of the MKII the day found it in a old warehouse in Temple, PA. $5,100 car was a great price, I had to replace the interior and repair the driver side hood spring. The was 99% complete with the exception of the Continental lettering on the hood and trunk and the wheel covers. Everthing has been replace with exception of the wheel covers which are $1,000.00 each for new old stock covers. Original Paint and chrome. Runs and drives like new. Just doesn't fit in my garage, so it in storage in Brooklyn NY waiting for the summer.

  21. I have a 2007 Mazda CX7 with 197,000 mile, the wife a 99 Continental with 206,000 mile. Now for my pride and joys, a 56 Continental MKII totally unrestored (see picture the day I got it for $5,100.00 in PA) and a 82 Porsche 928S 5spd with NOS. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Al
  22. Make it stock with some dog dish hub caps a set of thin white wall tires and 60's color.
