sorry Casey,Just in this economy hobby shops are getting harder and harder to find and might not be in business anymore.I know that one of them is closed already.

I'm talking about the mini bikes to,I would like the revell bikes too,along with the MPC bikes.BTW did anyone else know that MPC made and early Harley,30's-ish.It was with the Chrysler 32' Gangbusters set.

My next two will be based on the ones from part of a show from the 60's.Here's a link to the video. I just like the idea of the minibike "Dog fight".

Gonna be there on vacation and would like to know of hobby shops in the area,and I know there has to be at least one because the IPMS Nat's are in Orlando this year.

Well I got this book at the local library and really REALLY wanted a model of one,but sadly the Modelhause one is more then a little out of my price range.So I pulled out the sketch book then some styrene and then after a trip to the LHS and selling my soul for several varieties of styrene stock I got this. then this And a little of this and it might end up like this in tango red. And can someone please help me with the picture posting here,It wouln't let me use my Fotki anymore on this site

This is a box-stock Taco minibike from the TD Vandal kit,I would build an army of these is I could but there so darned hard to find,hopefully with the Vandal being re-issued I can stockpile as many of these as possible.I did a pretty basic build up on it,Striped off the chrome and paint,then sprayed a base of tamiya chrome silver and misted clear red and yellow then hand painted everything green.

I saw them in the showcase at my HobbyTown and said out loud "WHOA!".17 smackers for 8 tires!

Could be worse,when I first moved into my neighborhood a few years back they were doing blasting across the street and around 8:00 a die-cast Fire bird nosedived onto my face.Now I have a little lip on that shelf to stop any other kamakazies.

I think Mr.Yost is the enamel expert here,I think he says to cut it with Strong Lacquer thinner but I don't know how much.

I always liked the Healey's and bug eyed sprite's,Kinda have to considering I was named after Austin Motor company.My dad said he wanted a Sprite but got me instead.
