  1. excellent build!!! ya know, less the decals, that would make a stunning STREET car!!!
  2. excellent color combo...
  3. now THAT'S funny!!!!
  4. wow...the color really fits that Lambo....
  5. you could probably re-clear within the hour with lacquers!! a good rule of thumb, sniff the body, if you can still 'smell the paint' give it some more time.
  6. HAHAHAHAHAHHA.... TURN SO YA DON'T BURN!!!!
  7. have you tried painted sewing thread??
  8. just because you CAN, doesn't mean you SHOULD!!!! lolol
  9. "Clean up in aisle 3 please, clean up in aisle 3..." lololol sheeeesssh, that's not a hobby room, that's a STORE!!!
  10. that's nice!! engine looks cool... nicely done... are those the kit wheels/tires??
  11. +10 on Testor DullCote, it changes shades of paint also, ie. gloss gold with dullcote looks almost like anodized gold ... Krylon Matte isn't bad also if ya need a touch of 'shine'...
  12. nah, when you put the mouse on the pic a drop box shows, on 'direct link' addy, right click copy, come back here click the 'image' icon and right click paste the 'copied' addy there... easp peasy...
  13. it only accepts 1 gig or smaller... all you gotta do is go to the pics area of your computer and find the 'fix' button, then crop it down some so it's under 1 gig...
  14. i think that's why mine was put in the 'bad place'...the frame needs to be painted now!!!
  15. are you using the 'bulk uploader'?? also, set the pics to a 'large' size [640X480] for less bandwidth useage... i've had PB for a while now with no probs... are you on dial-up?? it may be timing out... does your 'puter ask where you want to 'put' the pics?? you can set up your 'puter to post them directly to Photobucket and not load them into the hard drive at all...
  16. i gotta agree with Andy on all points... having judged numerous contests, there're times when 2-3 3-4 models are in contention, they all have nice paint, good build quality, etc... so, it comes to the underside..seams gone?? detailed?? and on and on...you gotta pick them up!! i would be EMBARESSED if something fell off one of my builds...i DO like the idea of the elmer's glue tho'...lol anyway, i think that a judge is gonna handle the model as if it was his/hers anyway[i know I do..]...so, what's the problem??
  17. nice effect!! did you use screen??
  18. AHHHA!! that's his secret...lol
  19. ok, back in the chair.... wowowowowowowow, each new build continues to amaze me, and you actually FINISH these!!! again, kudos...
  20. excellent idea!!! i to may 'borrow' that....hmmmm.... racecars.... you might also try a cheapy/old electric toothbrush, modified of course, for the 'machine turn' swirl... [didn't somebody have a blurb in MCM about this??]
  21. i should be able to finish it this weekend...maybe!!! lol
