  1. None of that info was in the article that's linked to in the first post of this thread. I should have clicked on the link within the article and read "the rest of the story."
  2. That's what I don't get. It's like "solving" the crossword puzzle by looking at the answer and filling in the puzzle. What's the point?
  3. You had a pool? Cool!
  4. This thing is definitely going to turn some heads on the contest tables.
  5. No, garbage day was on schedule.
  6. Yes, vote early and vote often. Especially if you're dead. It's the Chicago Way...
  7. The dealership has offered him a comparable replacement. He refused and said his wrecked Camaro was worth more than the ones the dealer offered to him. Based on what, I wonder? Sounds to me like the dealer did what they should do, and the guy refused their offer.
  8. Have you seen the roads on the moon? They're in terrible shape!
  9. Nice attention to detail. Very nicely done!
  10. Very nice attention to detail! BTW... Evening Orchid is one of my favorite car colors.
  11. ...shorter of breath, and one day closer to death...
  12. Right now (6:30 PM) it's 40 degrees, it's been raining all day, the 12-16 inches of snow we have on the ground is melting fast, and they've issued a flood advisory due to all the rain plus melting snow. Geez... around here if it's not one weather problem it's another...
  13. Easy to understand the guy's reaction. A LOT of people who are NOT disabled use those spots, and a lot of people who are not disabled use fake cards. In fact there was a story here in the paper not long ago about cracking down on all the people who have phony disabled cards and abuse the system. Obviously if you really are disabled and the card is legit, you don't want to have to prove that you're really disabled... but with so many people cheating the system it's easy to see why someone would react the way the guy did. That doesn't make it right... just makes it easy to understand why.

  17. How on earth do you know you're precisely "87%" through?
  18. I've lived here all my life and still can't get used to the crazy weather!
  19. You might want to check out your camera instructions and use better lighting. Kind of hard to see anything in these photos.
  20. Could that be either the brake or power steering fluid reservoir? Anyone know?
  21. Looks like the driver's side exhaust isn't connected to the rest of the system.
  22. Actually there is a great website where you can get all color codes plus color chip samples for just about any car: http://autocolorlibrary.com/
  23. Love the sliding glass detail on the driver's door. BTW... what's that round white thing on the dash below and to the left of the steering wheel?
