  1. Fords have moved up to 3rd on my favorites list recently. This is a fine example of why. Blurry or not, great stang! Bart.
  2. Long, low, lean & mean. + beautiful paint! Awesome build. Bart.
  3. Very ambitious build & it turned out fabulous! WAY outside the box. l'd love to hear it & make a few passes in it, lol. Bart.
  4. l was thinking white primer would work best. l honestly don't remember ever painting over a black model! l'm sure somewhere along the line l would've, just don't remember. Thanks for the info! Bart.
  5. Very nice! l used to be a Vette fanatic, it'd be cool to build one after all these years. This was always my favorite. Thanks for posting. Bart.
  6. You're right, Corey. Looks mean enough to squeeze a Hemi between the fenders! l think you just helped me plan a build, lol!
  7. l love these things, especially when they're dressed in street clothes! This one is REALLY nice. Bart.
  8. l was afraid of that. Hate painting over black. Thanks for the info, Jeff. Bart.
  9. Thanks Corey. l believe l'll be going with black! Oh, Jim? l live in Texas, lol!
  10. l hate the Cowboys, but this does look good in those colors. Nice engine so far too. Off topic a bit, l like your avatar. l just stripped a built up & never thought of black. lt looks nice as well. You should post it. OK, back to your regularly scheduled Charger. Bart.
  11. Looks great to me.
  12. OMG! Wild concept & even wilder execution! That thing would be wicked on the straights. l like the blue stipes. The cockpit looks cramped but very functional. The lines of these cars flow beautifully & l'm glad to see your mods added rather than detracted from the look. Beautiful racecar! l would be very proud of this one. Bart.
  13. How wild! l did a search & found out my old buddy Steve Kohler has some of each! l would have gotten around to calling him eventually anyway, but this is just weird! So is the Night Stalker molded in black?
  14. Thanks guys. My memory surprised me. l hadn't even thought of that kit for over 30 years, lol. l'll see what l can find. Bart.
  15. I'm wanting to build a '67 Corvette coupe. l had one in the late '70s, l'm fairly certain it was an MPC kit. l'm also fairly certain it was street rod only-couldn't be built stock. Very nice wheels & tires, overall nice kit. l'm wanting to say it was called "Streaker 'Vette"? Does anyone recall this kit & if it has been re-issued recently? Thanks, Bart.
  16. l've always loved this kit. Haven't built one for over 30 years. Excellent period mild custom. Nice job!
  17. That looks fabulous. Pristine in white. Could pass for 1:1. Thanks for sharing! Bart.
  18. l got a can of Krylon watermelon l haven't tried yet, but you said surf rod, l thought coral (yeah, l know-pink). Just a thought. Bart.
  19. l'll definitely have to check that out!
  20. .....You can have those years, wandering around wishing you were young? l'll just enjoy the good ones while they're here!
  21. ....Is that the Laredo machine? Or are they even still around?
  22. Great subjects. l'm really not that into building race cars, but l do plan on building one of my '64s as a weekend warrior. l'll be watching with great interest. Fantastic start with the paint/decals! Bart.
  23. ........Indeed, post away! That being said, l, personally am partial to early-mid '60s Mopars. Since you asked. Bart.
  24. Not big on the "newer" Fords, but l love obscure scale vehicles(almost said cars), so l'll have to watch this one. Bart.
