  1. Once the plethora of bills start coming in, your head will really start to spin. I have had friends and family battle cancer, and I have seen how it can take it's toll on someone, so I wish you the best Harry. I hope lots of prayers come your way, and that you will have the support from both family and friends as you get through this. I truly do.
  2. Most on here will also advise NOT to use the Metalizer Sealer, as it will change the nice metallic look to silver paint in a heart beat. Just make sure that once you buff it out, you are not planning on handling the surface much.
  3. Very nice engine work!
  4. Looking good
  5. Now that is something different, very cool
  6. Nice leather look on the seats
  7. From my conversation at a show with him, he actually has one of the computerized paint machines, that mixes the pigments etc, so he does not sub-contract his paints. I ordered mid Aug, still not here, but I am not too stressed, I have at least 10 bottles of his stuff right now, 6 bottles of Cobra Colors, 5 bottles of un-thinned Ultra Colors, around 15 bottles of MCW paints, and lord knows how many spray cans, and bottle paints, so need is not a factor. I just thought it was a good deal, and I chose some colors that I think would lend themselves to a lot of different future products. While I did not order mine based on a time line, or immediate use, I can certainly see how the lack of contact would shun customers away. No matter how busy he is, I would think a simple mass email, or post on his site, something would help reassure folks.

  13. Great lookin model. I had a 68 in high school. I used modelhaus parts to convert a 69 back to a 68 about 22 years ago. I have the pieces again to do another conversion someday. Again, your loOKs really good.
  14. Really cool, good wheel choice
  15. Nice model! Clean work
  16. I keep telling myself project after project "I will test fit more often". Only to have to tell it to myself again. Indeed... you are not alone.
  17. Correct, most are now CAD. you can see some of the in progress cad work of the new Moebius Ranger pickups here on the forum. A couple years ago when they were announced there was a lot of shared information in advance. They used to make/carve wood bucks and then use a machine where the manufacture would run one arm across the buck, then another work copy that in the correct scale to create the mold. There are pics and video out there on the web, but I have not seem them in a long time.
  18. Wow I am extremely impressed. Well I like the entire model and many elements, your motor and carb linkage is very believable. Very very nice.
