The paint job is perfect. Add a few details and you got yourself a hot rod

Store bought rods and other stocks are much more fun to play with than sprues or parts trees

Congrads Kevin! As a X-smoker myself I understand the smell differences you refer to. That was tough to get used to. Taste buds took a while to adjust also. Here is the real deal: It is not about stopping smoking.......It is about staying stopped.

I don't think left or right hand drive would make any difference.

I don't know who made it but my Dad built the STP Turbine Car w/pen holder base back in the late '60's

This is a support group! Buy 'em, build 'em, bash 'em, half finish 'em', put 'em back in the box, start another one. Repeat as needed!

Shoot a bit of the Tamiya clear on the painted stand for a test. May try sniff test first.

Sometimes I suffer from spending too much time on a build, not wanting to not get it finished. This sometimes does interfere with more important things in life It's kinda like job, family stuff, domestic duties, and other social events get in way of hobby. No builds here that do not get finished. It's like a personal challenge or another strange mental disorder.
