  1. Crazy clean! I built one of these as well, but just stock straight out of the box. I agree with you about pre-assembly under the hood before painting.
  2. Love the taillights and the lace on the roof! Great looking build.
  3. That really came out sweet! Nice and clean..............great color choice, and the redlines are perfect!
  4. Thanks guys! I'd love to get another one of these in promo or kit form and try a 4 door T-bird conversion. Those were odd cars.
  5. Here's a '67 T-bird promo that I detailed last year. One thing I noticed upon checking my paint chips is that the car is actually molded in a '66 color called Honeydew Yellow. Perhaps AMT figured it would be a carryover color for '67? The closest '67 color would be Phoenician Yellow, and this car has too much green in it to be that. I popped it apart, polished it, sprayed the interior in satin black, detailed it appropriately, as for the body, I added chrome foil where needed, a little blackwash, and that's about it. Once I get the hang of Alclad, I think I'll freshen up the bumpers.
  6. Beautiful weathering! I love it. All of these things as daily drivers had saggy rear leafs anyways. Yours sits correct actually. Your 1:1 was a very nice car, especially with the big block. Great job on the trim for doing it freehand.
  7. That's cool...........I'd rock that thing just like it is man, looks great!
  8. Congrats on your new son and your builds! Mopars rule!
  9. What a great first year! I especially like the kustom Chevy pickup.
  10. Beautiful builds! I enjoyed the article on the truck as well. After seeing your stock Buick, I think I'll go find one of these myself. Awesome!
  11. That ribbon paint job on the wagon still amazes me dude! Incredible builds!
  12. Love them both! Great color choices and clean builds!
  13. You did your friend justice............looks awesome!
  14. Beautiful! Love the melting snow on the pass side rear fender, and the dirty snow in the bed. Great weathering.
  15. Beautiful! Would have never thought that light green and light blue would go together, but you've changed my mind..........it looks brilliant!
  16. Nice builds, man. Love the "blackened Stang" and the T-bird.
  17. Beautiful builds! Love your style! Especially like the wacked out C-cab hot rod!!!
  18. Beautiful builds..........love the pink Hudson & the chopped rusty T.
  19. The three you did get done look fantastic! Congrats on the resin parts as well! What are the wheels?
  20. This really came out awesome! Looks fantastic, love the original paint. It's hard to find old kits where someone sprayed them decently enough to polish out like this one did. Very cool and good looking truck.
  21. Thanks Larry, I may just attempt that. I'm currently waiting for the 2 door sedan bodies to be ready.
  22. Very nice. The blue interior sets it off beautifully.
  23. That's beautiful! Love the interior!
  24. Awesome builds! Love the Impala and the shop truck.
