  1. Looking very nice.
  2. Nice looking Vette Monty. Those huge rear windows were sure a good greenhouse. I was in California at the time and bought mine in 1984 with 19,000 miles on it. It was in almost new condition. Since it was a California configuration it was equiped with the 305 engine. Because of the California emissions it only produced 180 hp. The 350 in other states pumped out only 10 more hp at 190 hp. That at least was the info I got. True ? Not sure. I did hear of some 350's in California but I was happy with the 305 version. Was it fast ? No, it was not. Only mod was a shift kit for the California mandatory automatic. Those were dark times indeed. Still I really liked the car and it was fun to own.
  3. Love the color.

    55 CHEVY

    Beautiful trio of Chevy's.
  5. I would also like to see a picture of that build.
  6. Great paint job ! That is going to be killer.
  7. I love these cars with the rear seat cover.
  8. I bought this kit off of ebay and it was delivered today. I plan to build it as a replica of the Vette I bought several years ago. The box art is pretty much just as my Vette looked. The difference from my photos will be the rear louvers. I will not try and copy them because I didn't like them and removed them from my car. I will say that they did help keep the car cooler in the summer.
  9. I got this delivered today. I bought it on ebay. Plan is to build it as a replica of the Vette I owned several years ago.
  10. That's a beauty Bob. Maybe someday. My real goal is to try and get a Cobra kit car ( not a model ) once my daughter is done with law school.
  11. That's purdy. I like it !
  12. Looks good Gilbert.
  13. Good luck with your move. The last 3 times I moved was the last time I was going to move. : )
  14. Very, very nice !
  15. Looks nice. congrats !
  16. Thanks Steve. The paint is not even under the BMF. I could however pull it off and apply some black BMF. I think however I will just call it done and move on.
  17. Truely a jaw dropping build. You sir have some mad skills.
  18. I think you are right. I do need at least one for an example. Maybe after Christmas.
  19. This is really looking nice !
  20. Brian, I like all Cobras. I don't care if it's an early 260 or a 289, 427, slab slide, fat fenders, side pipes or no side pipes, AC's or Daytonas. I still have a lot of Cobra's I need to collect. I do not have any Exoto's. Did not know they were on sale. I kind of drew the line at the 120.00 dollar limit. I have another hobby which can be expensive so I have to divide my funds. Also I have a mortgage and utilities and car insurance which my wife insists we pay. : ) I have to be happy buying the lesser cost Cobra's. There are so many different ones out there.
  21. Randy that model is beautiful. Great job !
