Be happy because you did a good thing. Remember the old saying...... No good deed goes unpunished . I would still help where you can. Don't let one person change who you are !
I don't really have a pattern but normally I would say engine then body. Sometimes prep and prime body first. I will admit I have gotten myself into trouble a few times by not following the instructions as outlined.
Easy Wayne, I need something to do since I am retired and model building is easier and cheaper than packing up my stuff to go shooting. I didn't think I was all that fast. Maybe I need to buy more difficult models.
I always like to throw in something different than a car or truck once in awhile. That being said after a few cars in a row I decided to build this. Moebius Space Pod from the Lost in Space campy TV show. It looks pretty detailed but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Good kit to practice detail painting on. Will probably create a diorama setting for it when finished. Has anyone built this kit ?
Love the look of this car and have been wanting to build one for awhile. Some of the members here suggested to get the Fujimi kit. It turned out it was a good suggestion and I really liked the kit. No major problems but I did not use all the PE parts. Nothing wrong with them just to small for my fat fingers and less than perfect eye sight. : ) Built all stock and painted with Testors Italian red. ( maybe not correct ) Decals laid down pretty good on the doors with the use of a setting solution. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Not close to perfect but then mine never are. Comments pro or con are always welcome.
