Wondering whats the best way to remove the chrome only from the center of a wheel without harming the chrome outer rim. I want to be able to paint the center without just painting the chrome which doesn't always hold up.

Thank you guys. Jim , so far the fit has been fine but as I said the body needs a lot of work to get rid of mold lines and other imperfections. Mostly the hood and doors.

I had a problem with a R2 Nascar Cyclone a while back. I contacted them and they said they were sending me a new kit but they never did. Perhaps you could have better luck. -
