One of those VW's on ebay now for 3,250. 00 dollars. I have seen some listed for over 8,000.00 .Can't say if they sold.

I have not received my tires as of yet either. Send him an email from another address and say you want to place and order and maybe he will answer ??? I just wish he would tell us if it will be months or whatever so we won't wonder what's happening with our orders.

With the Cobra being done I thought I would start this one. Thank you to all the members who helped me decide what P4 kit to buy. Does not have any engine but does have some PE parts. Me and PE parts never have gotten along too well but I will give it a try.

I agree, looks good so far.

Finished this one up this morning. Fit was pretty good until I got to where I had to fit the body to the chassis. That was a bit rough. I striped some of the chrome. The body needed a lot of clean up . Actually could have used more. Looked good in primer but showed some spots that could have used more work when I hit it with the dark color. Color is Root Beer. Made a distributor and coil ( don't laugh ). The interior is done in Ivory. I used black flocking on the interior and self stick felt in the trunk area. I wired the battery in the trunk. The stock roll bar was way under size so I made one from plastic tubing. All in all I think it turned out ok, not great but ok. Comments pro or con are always welcome.

I got another one of these for the Cobra collection. Not to play with. The car is pretty detailed and it was a cheap ebay buy. I may use this as a test for a paint job I want to try.
