Sanded the body and gave it a shot of primer to see where I was. Looks like it's almost ready for paint. NOT ! More putty and sanding needed.

I have made some more progress on this. I have the first round of putty done but as you can see I have more to do. I was not sure what to do with the back end. Good or bad I finally decided to cut and section the front of a 40 Ford hood and attach that to the bottom to form sort of a stinger. Not sure if this was the best way to handle it but I could not think of anything better.

Those kits are crazy cool. Even if I raided the piggy bank to buy one I know I could never build it. So................. I will just follow along and watch you build them.
