  1. Man, that's a shame. Who would have thought that would have happened. Oh well, nothing you can't handle.
  2. Beautiful work.
  3. You got some skills my friend !
  4. Now your talking ! Thats a cool car. Blue and black might look good. no ?
  5. Thanks guys, you are too kind.
  6. Wow, that looks great !
  7. Just finished this one up. Black metallic fenders with a metallic grey on the body. Built completely box stock. I forgot I used the same colors (or close) on a 40 I did a few months ago. This will be one of my closet cars. Back in the box and put on a shelf in the closet. Not good enough for a display. I have been turning out some real sub par work lately. Not sure why that is. Oh well, better luck with the next one. Thanks for looking.
  8. Killer looking woody.
  9. Very nice work.
  10. Nice model and I agree about the blue print.
  11. I remember that all the folks on the block were your "parents" and you dare not to anything wrong because they would pay your parents a visit. And your parents believed and acted upon what they reported you did. Try doing that now a days and your likely to be cussed and ordered off their property because their little angel would never do anything wrong. You have to wonder sometimes how much better are we really off now. I would not want to be a child in today's world.
  12. Yes the good old days. I remember when my folks got our first color TV. It was a large Magnavox in a nice wooden cabinet with 2 sliding doors on top. Under one was a stereo ( record player ) and under the other was a radio and a bin that held LP's.
  13. Nice work !
  14. Yes it has two sets of wheels and tires. The ones I have shown and a set of custom 5 spokes with low profile tires as shown on box lid.
  15. Looks good. I have that kit somewhere around here.
  16. Wild ! I like it .
  17. Good looking models.
  18. Found this little Daytona Cobra while poking around on ebay. Looks like about 1/43 scale. It was made in Hong Kong. It has a friction motor. Not the most detailed replica but since I have never seen another I had to add it to my Cobra collection.
  19. She's a beaut !
  20. Thanks guys. I call it Hoover cuz it sucks. : )
  21. When it first came out I bought the big Testa Rossa metal kit. I think it was Testors that it was sold under. It was 299.00 if I remember right.
