Coming home from the doctor I saw a beautifully restored 56 Ford pick up. Bright red with white walls. Absolutely beautiful. -
Thanks guys , it's tough but I got to where I am because I didn't take care of myself. Nobody to blame but myself. Cooler here in Arizona now so I can get my butt out there and do more.

Yesterday I had my every 3 month doctor appointment. Weight lower, Blood pressure lower, A1C lower. Looks like I may live ! At least a little longer. : )
