  1. It's still 60 bucks plus 10 bucks for shipping.
  2. An old friend who I had not had contact with in well over 20 years found me thanks to this forum. In talking he told me about the 66 Biscayne he had. So I asked for some photos thinking perhaps I could build a replica that he could take with when he went to the local car shows. Thanks to someone here I was told that MCW had a 66 Biscayne kit. I ordered one and started collecting the bits I would need to attempt to build something at least close. So using the MCW body and chassis and engine from the Revell 66 SS I was on my way. I ordered the AMT white lettered Goodyears to use for the tires. I got an Arrowhead pre-wired distributor. Wheels from the parts box. Air cleaner from the parts box. Ordered the correct color automotive paint. Not sure if I will go with the resin interior or use the Revell kit one or some combination of the two. As I said I just want to get it close and I am not looking to make a perfect replica. Body has been soaked and ir ready for some clean up and primer.
  3. Looking good !
  4. Looks pretty good. I'm still waiting for the one I ordered from The Modelhaus. Been almost 5 weeks so it should be coming soon. I hope.
  5. Won't that make the interior too narrow for the body ? Thinking of just going with the revell interior and just using the resin bench seat and perhaps the dash. This replica doesn't have to be exact just pretty close.

    Nas-Rat,

What a nice model. Beautiful shine.
  7. Very nice !
  8. That is one cool police car. Parts come out of the soak today !
  9. Very cool. Nice work.
  10. Thanks for the heads up. Resin parts are still soaking but I want to try and use a combination of resin and kit parts. If I use the resin interior I will have to at least swap part of the rear seat because my buddy's car has that chrome piece at the top. I think that is a speaker ?????
  11. Nice work !
  12. That will be way cool !
  13. Good idea Tom. First I will try and modify the red plastic ones from the 66 Impala kit. I have the resin body soaking in some Bleach White right now. MCW says to soak it for 2 days.
