Plugging along on this wip. Just about done with the chassis and the interior. The body was cleared today and is drying in the paint booth in the garage. Ok, it's not so much a paint booth as it is a cardboard box, but it's a nice cardboard box. : )

Given enough money it would be nice to help family and friends. But what I would really like is a 4,000 sq. ft. house with a 10,000 sq. ft. garage with out any nearby neighbors and a basement under the garage with an indoor gun range. In addittion I would have to buy a couple Cobra's. Replicas would be fine. One AC and a Daytona.

So I decided I needed a display case for the Biscayne model I am building for a friend. I go to Hobby Lobby because I know they sell them and they are closer than any hobby shop I go to. Anyway, I get home and the darned car does not fit !!! Case is suposed to fit a 1/25 model but I guess not a full size one. I never thought I should have measured the car and then the case. Just my luck.

Carl, that Bleach White works very good. I just used some on the 66 Biscayne I am building. What ever you use try a piece of tape before you prime. If the tape sticks it's good to go if the tape does not stick, do not paint.

Did not see that one. That is so freakin' cool. All I have been able to find is a Hot Wheels one but it is too small and not very accurate.

I use Ken's and use a pepper shaker to apply. I used to use paint but have switched to white glue.
