  1. Super nice model Chris.
  2. I watched that episode and they didn't spend too much building that car. What boggles my mind is the fact that in the same episode they found and auctioned at JB a 1969 Boss 429 black on black that was all orginal for a lot less than that 72. Someone had more money than sense. IMO. Just think what you could buy for 200 grand.
  3. Won't be long now ! I'm saving my pennies ! : )
  4. Pretty cool Good idea.
  5. Nice start. I like it. This should be very cool.

  10. Your build is looking pretty wild !
  11. This will be my next project. Second military vehicle since about 25 years or so. Got a bit burned out on the cars so just switching gears for awhile. It's a 1/72 armored car with gun turret. This will be part of another diorama. I will post kit here and then put in diorama section when done. Looks like a pretty nice kit with some nice pe parts.

  20. Sweet looking car.
  21. I have been kind of burned out on building cars but instead of stopping any building I decided to switch gears and do some military dioramas. This is the first one I have done in about 25 years or so. I can see some things I could have done better and I am trying to learn or re-learn how to do this stuff. The base is just a cheap item from Hobby Lobby ( a bit too small ) . The building remains is a section of balsa wood that was covered with spackling. The tree stump is made from a piece of balsa wood. Ground work was painted and then covered with Woodland Scenics snow. The vehicle which is like a powered sled is a 1/35 Trumpeter kit. It was built and then weathered with a winter whitewash ( could be better ). The sled was used by the Soviets during the Winter War and WW2. It had a 110 hp aviation engine. The skis could also be replaced with a normal wheel and tire for use on land. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thanks for looking.
