TY for the comments!
as usual, my builds are usually close to what I envisioned, on one side only!
I think I need to slant the windshield frame back a bit
more pics soon
WOW, I have seen this when I was looking up Crosley pics!
its a bit long for me!
slow progress, but progress none the less!
thanks for looking, commenting, etc.
looking so good!
I had to have this model when it came out, I have almost no desire to build it now, weird!!
We have a Shelby convention here every year, the year they came out, one was at the drags, it sounded so cool.
oh yeah, the one found in mexico.
usually there is like 2-3 used in filming, and they are rarely indentical I suppose.
the one Chad had built is soooo cool too, albeit small block powered I believe.
I appreciate all the comments!
Ugh!
Virtually NO progress!
Yes, the body is the AMT Fiat (been gonna build it since like '79)
Thanks Russel for answering the artist question, I did not know who drew it.
love ALL of Taylors stuff!
I started roughing in crosley-esque fenders and started a nose outta X-Ray film.
Also thought about using a Deuce frame, so I stripped one down to front crossmember and rails.
Probably wont see enough of the frame to matter.
THIS takes me back to a simpler time!!!
love this thing, it reminds of builds my friend would do in the 70's, he was the BEST builder I knew in person!
again, this is sooooo cool!!
