  1. Thanks for the info , looks pretty stout in there. Appreciate it.
  2. Good plan with the Powerslide. I grabbed a set for my Exxon build (which is done. except for applying said decals) Powerslide is good stuff.
  3. I found this photo in a google search, it's stuffed in the bay of the Revell Shinoda boss kit. That engine isn't native to that kit though. I was curious if anyone knew if this intake setup came in any kits or is this a custom piece? The location i found it on seems to be dormant for some time for me to ask..
  4. Lookin' sweet good job !
  5. Yeah this is gorgeous! I love it, so nice.
  6. Looks awesome, and great save!
  7. Lookin' good! that extra effort on the PE and paint really paid off. Nicely done.
  8. Real nice Fox ! Never can go wrong with one of those
  9. That's very very well done! Super clean and cool subject. Good job
  10. Very nicely done like the mods esp. for the tail end. good stuff
  11. should be sharp. i'd like to take a nother shot at this kit. Final fit of suspension didn't go as well as i'd hoped. Should be a good one.
  12. One common option is from Pegasys. If you do a google search there's a few online retailers that carry them as well as wheel/tyre sets. Some ebay sellers even have resin copies of some from kits. Some kits have them with slotted rotors as well and possibly you can scrounge some up or get hand me downs from another builders parts pile.
  13. No photographical updates really, as i spent the last two hours trying to get the hood to clear. I trimmed the bottom of the intercooler and even heated it up and twisted it so the end closest to the firewall wouldn't sit up as high. All that just to find out that the culprit were the two posts on the chassis that the stock SVO engine sit into. Pulled the engine out, clipped off the posts n got the engine glued flat to the chassis now so it all sits even at an appropriate height. Also the air cleaner assembly is a no-go in this engine bay and i'm considering other options.
  14. I gotta say that's prett darn cool. Looks racy! (sorry I just couldn't resist) but seriously, that's super nice. i commend you for even trying that flag scheme and u did well. keep it up and welcome!
  15. Right on i have this on the to-do list for probably mid Feb. so that's good info. Thank you.
  16. Nice save, sits nice and low and sleek. Did u adjust any of the suspension to get it to sit-down? Looking good.
  17. Very cool, nothing wrong with a build to have fun and blow off steam. ( no pun intended, although i know this isn't old enough for steam-engine lol)
  18. Very nicely done on the decals, looks ready to rock. Everything looks just right.
  19. Very clean build nicely done. good job, keep it up.
  20. lol nice nice gotta love a deal !
  21. Ah right on i get it now. I didn't realize the Lindberg Chargers were full detail. they're nice. where do you get yours, if i may?
  22. that's pretty darn cool man!! Looks nice! is there a special kit that it runs through for the flashing? Or is it more basic than that (electrical is NOT my strong point)
  23. naw just a few min. here and there with the knife and an emery board.
  24. thanks jon. had to sand and carve the oil pan, as well as trim the driveshaft mount. The 87TC engine and the 85SVO engine were a lil different measurement-wise.
  25. Lookin' great awesome job putting that kit back to stock.
