  1. I have about 20 unbuilt i reckon. But i'm trying to grow it now so i don't run out during the winter. I know i'll be building more so i can't do as much outside activities.
  2. As others mentioned, It's great if you want to make a local track racer or drag out of it. Maybe need some rare out of production parts from it, glass seats motor etc. Some indeed like the challenge. You'd b surprised what you can do with some poo parts and a little effort lol.
  3. I'm not used to runnin my AC and i'm not too cised to get mine. Thankfully the one before this was super low. This heat is pummeling everyone. But I digress. I haven't bought much lately but i did get some Testors window glue. :-)
  4. Chassis exhaust bottom of engine and suspension looks kinda like the 86 Monte parts. That engine bay is another story. I'm not sure what the AMT monte stuff looks like

  9. Have any of you die-cast folks picked up one of these and stripped it and rebuilt it? I always liked how these looked on the street, and it might end up on my list for some variety. Haven't done a die-cast change yet.

  13. I was doin some research on something unrelated and stumbled back on this project idea. Jon asked about pricing and looks like the Modelhaus reproductions of the promo wire wheels are $8.00.

  20. I can't imagine it going away certainly. But with Mercedes adorning the Hockenheimring, maybe BMW can step in and assist. They are ablazoned on the GP circuit if i recall.
