Appealing an apple and appealing of bells are both verbal nonsense.

Have a nice day.

Golly gee. I've been painting real cars, aircraft, and models for over 50 years. Sure wish I'd known all that primer sanding I've done to get as perfect a finish as possible was a "waste of time". I guess all the real-world paint manufacturers that specify final sanding of primer prior to color with 320-600, depending on the specific topcoat, have it wrong too. Good to finally know the truth.

I wetsand it with 600 to 800 until it's slick...which means zero orange peel. Depending on how good your eyes are, you may need magnification or a "guide coat".

Earlier I was wondering if the AI-driven "generative / iterative design" software and "zero prototype" straight-to-production concepts being so widely touted will ever overcome the design shortcomings introduced by two generations of engineers who have no field-repair, failure-analysis, or other hands-on experience prior to sitting down at their screens and keyboards.

"Retired" means sitting on the couch and turning to mush to some, and "finally time to do what I want" to others.

Film of the bio variety is what causes those fuzzy little green sweaters you get on your teeth from not brushing.

House mice are better to have in your kitchen than lice...depending of course on how you feel about eating ze bugs.

Silencers would no doubt be popular if installed on the mouths of some particularly clueless public figures.

Yup. In over 7 decades on the planet, to date I have not yet been attacked by any tool or other imamate inanimate object. - 5 pts for spelling

Balloon racing with tattooed baboons in cocoons eating shrooms while watching Looney Toons sounds groovy.

Exceed expectations and sometimes you'll be appreciated, sometimes you'll be hated.

Looks to me like a bench-mounted press or puller of some type, and has interchangeable mandrels. Since it was acquired from an "automotive electric shop", the most likely application for a small bench-mounted press or puller would be for generator or alternator bearings, or alternator diodes...though I've never seen one like this before. EDIT: some alternators have diodes that have to be pressed into their carriers to avoid damage. EDIT 2: This is the kind of diode press I'm familiar with, but there are other designs, and some have interchangeable mandrels or press heads.

All true, but I very frequently use a cutoff wheel in my 40-year-old corded variable-speed Dremel for rough cuts. Like most tools, it takes some getting used to, but I find it to be one of the most useful tools I have...

"Passed" is frequently used for "past" and how that's possible is beyond my grasp.

Anyone remember old paint cans?

One of the best paint jobs I ever did when I was much much younger was with the old Testors gloss black enamel, on the '27T tub hot rod that came in the XR-6 double kit. No trash, no peel. Painted outside on a calm day...along with my hand. -
Remnants of previous lives haunt my memories.

Itchy fiberglass shirts probably wouldn't be big sellers.

Keep the Dremel speeds down when cutting plastic, or it will melt and clog the cutters. Keeping a bar of something like Ivory soap on the bench and running your cutting bits in it occasionally may help the bits to not get clogged with melted plastic.
