What a beauty!

It would have happened ten times by now if they wanted Junior to be champion. I personally believe they can cause wrecks and engine failures at will. It seems a bit odd to me when both Junior, Kahne, and Gordon have engine troubles on and off throughout the year, while Johnson rarely ever has a issue. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you must- but that's just how i see it.

Why can't they make up their frickin mind already? I can remember like 5 changes in the past 5 years. They can't decide on the cars or championship setup! Go with what worked for over 40 years- not the Chase.

Looks great, but the mesh on the grille seems too large compared to the real car. It doesn't seem wound tight enough or something. I don't really know what to suggest for an alternative though. Maybe someone else would? I'm not wanting to drag you down or anything, because it is your build after all, but I think a more tightly-wound replacement would make it look more like the real thing.

Not stock on the yellow version, as it has no stock wheels or exhaust. Considering it has the exact same decals as shown on the black car's box, I'd say that they are the exact same kit. So with that being said, I doubt it can be built stock either.

My parents had something like this back when they still owned a body shop. Customer paid for bike the first time, but scratched and brought it back for repaint. Well, they refused to pay. Let's just say my dad put a nice long scratch down the side of the tank and threw it across the street.

I use 3M Bondo glazing and spot putty. It costs about $10 for a huge tube at Autozone, so it's fairly inexpensive yet works well. Nice looking Nova too.

Looks great! If this is a newer issue the decals should be fine. On my first model I had to make my own glue mixture for the decals to get them to stick.
