Well, I kinda want to start early. My kit has over 700 pieces, and I have other kits that easily fit into this category, so i'm not really sure what to do here. I wanted my older brother (who bought me the kit last Christmas and has been nagging me to build it since) to see it at least partially done over Christmas. If it would be OK to start early, I would like to.

I'm officially calling it quits with the Monaco. It's still in primer, i'm getting a cold,and my airbrush needs $50 worth of parts to work. So i'm out this year . I'll be back next year- and hopefully make it to the starting line!

100% Agreement. A friend of mine who has a 98 Sunfire has repeatedly tried to tell me how much better his car is than my Thunderbird. He will argue and say that it will still start when it is 35 years old. I then proceed to tell him that the computer would have long died, and he tries to call me an idiot and say the computer will still be good. He currently goes to the local Vocational school if that shows what the youngest generation is learning.

And major thanks to both Charlie and Harry for the paint suggestion. It looks so much better now.
