Yeah I know Chuck & Mike, got to a point where the interior was a problem converting over to RHD, just had a brain fade and couldn't get it sorted so I 'shelved' it in 2011 I un-shelved it and decided to paint it white and blue in 2012 and that's where I got to.... Hopefully she will be finished this year, BMF was a real PINTA.....lot's of it !

  3. Interesting thread guys! I seriously need to pull my finger out and finish this one I started a few years ago, got a trophy for best unfinished, but still heaps more to do. The chassis has been totally reworked and slammed....with the help of another forum member 'Coolhand'. It's the F350 Ranger kit by AMT/ Matchbox.
  4. Interesting, I would probably keep a low profile and go about my daily business until I decide what the hell am I going to do with my fortune!! Things would change, but slowly and methodically.... Would I keep working?........yes, until the time is right and plan a grand exit LOL! When leave work, wow, all that EXTRA time to build models! Holiday for sure.....destination USA of course, travel 66, always wanted to do that! Oh yeah, check out a 'Mecum' auction while I'm over there!!! Better buy my lotto ticket tomorrow.....

  8. Agree Tom, I like the 'BF Goodrich' imprint though I must admit, the kit was not packed very well, the body was under the main parts bag, fortunately okay and not warped....

  10. Thanks Tom & Carl, Tom, the Omni kit is the 'Sidewinder' issue, not sure about that one now after I inspected this kit last night..... Kit was sealed, so you would expect it to be okay......not Never seen this before !

  17. Bought some paint at my LHS and found another old kit, thought to myself 'why not' and bought it, there was a Dodge Omni there as well, might just go back and get that one too Has some good options, factory Turbo Z or twin carb V8
