Scale I Build

  1. Hello fellow model builders. I've built 2 jet powered hot rods over the past two years. I'm very proud of both models. Each turned out far better than I had imagined they would. I had a ton of positive comments on the forum and I really appreciate everything that was said. Thank you guys for the support. The comments were great! There was some interest in starting a community build. I thought I'd get it started. There's only one rule. It has to be powered by a turbine of some sort. Now, I'm no turbine expert......and I'm sure that the turbines that I made would probably not really function...but they look like they would, right? It has to look like it can fly via turbine power. Any year or type of vehicle is ok. I have since started 2 new jet cars. Both are VW bugs. Both should be very different from one another. I want this bug to be like a race craft. I might put numbers and a racing paint job on it. This bug is going to have a single huge turbine out of the rear and some sort of wings out the front. It's going to be crazy.
  2. Hi I have received several requests from modellers who wanted to see the model in more detail. I decided to show the details as best I could. I hope the quality and light show the level of finish of this model. https://youtu.be/QuH8B_kHi8U A greeting
  3. Hi I recently showed you in the forum the fabrication and painting of the different parts that made up the V2 ballistic missile engine. Now here I bring you the finished model with all the details and placed on your stand. A greeting and I hope you like it. https://youtu.be/pptHQj-A2p8
  4. Hi Here I show you a model made to scratch, is the engine of the ballistic missile V2. As it is much material to watch here in a forum I leave the link so that you can see it complete, the manufacture and painting of the different parts that made up the engine of the V2. A greeting and I hope you like it.
  5. This is Captain Risky's Stunt Falcon... Budget Direct – an Australian insurance company – have thrown us into 2015 with their new ‘Kick It and Rip It’ campaign with "Captain Risky". He makes his black and blue debut as a daredevil who’s just, well, not that good. But it’s funny and ridiculous and that is the success of this ad. It shows us someone so buffoonish, so uninsurable, that next to him, anyone can be insured. The Falcon XB is from ThePartsBox.com and the decals are printed by Pattos Place. The Roof engine is scratchbuilt. Check him out here
