I say stick a blower on it, add a kiss of nitro, then find a new way to make the power stick to the ground. 8 plate clutch? Make slicks a foot wider? Pave the first 60 feet with rubber?

Somebody will figure it out.

But with all the weight and how much more your going to add in equipment to harness is all what's the point? Just get something smaller and lighter if your looking for efficiency,now if this is one of those "Just because I could..." type things then it's perfect.

These are typically drag motors, intended to cover a quarter mile from a standing start as quick as inhumanly possible. Efficency in the form of gas mileage and handling in any sense other than going as straight was possble when the light go green is of little importance in those cases.

The weight would not be a problem being all alloy, as for efficiency.........WHO CARES with that under/through the hood.. :wub:
