Shelby 427 1965
I seem to be slower at getting things Under Glass... This is Tamiya's 1998 WRC model kit converted to a road going version. Mods: - Hood Pins removed - Seats, steering wheel, gear shifter and handbrake from Tamiya's Lancer Evo VI - Aerial slots on roof removed - Wheels from the parts box - Gran Turismo number plate Colour is Tamiya Mica Blue. I noticed after pics the indicator fell off.. and now I can't find it so ignore that please. Also ignore the alignment of the wheels, it's fine, it's just the way it's sitting on the uneven terrain. Twokidsnosleep
Such a great colour combo on these cars, a favourite of mine as well......you did a fine job on ALL of them!!!
PatW
Nice looking scoobies Tomo. The Prodrive factory is about 20 miles from here so we saw quite a few of the various prototypes, camo'd up of course! I've built a few of these kits, but got fed up with the blue so did one in satin black! The decals show up particularly well too!
