WizPorsche944 Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 (edited) Here is my Tamiya 1990 Williams FW13B just completed. If I had it to do over I would have painted the blue parts but overall I am happy with it. Edited July 19, 2015 by WizPorsche944
Nacho Z Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Nice model of a nice car! I really like that era of F1. Thanks for sharing!
Twokidsnosleep Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 My favorite era of Tamiya kits, too bad they have bailed on F1 cars in 1/20 scaleYour build looks absolutely great, nice work!!!
Harry P. Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Very nice.Since the amount of my knowledge of cars like this is roughly nothing, a question... where are the front shocks/springs? Are they inboard, inside the body panels?

Harry P. Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 Very clever engineering! Keeps all of that stuff out of the airflow.
aurfalien Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Yep ditto to every ones comments. In terms of Tamiya and F1, I've always been curious, is it a licensing thing?Seems like the F1 kits are always more money then other type of kits.I noticed that MFH no longer does 1/20 and 1/24 Ferraris either so that may be licensing as well?
Belugawrx Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Very nice Walter !I may have a line on the 1:12 TAMIYA Renault Re 20 turbo.......we'll see....yours looks great Cheers
